Just as base commanders have authority to take down terrorists who ram through base security, they should be able to also take down drones that go over the base air space permitter. Letting unauthorized drones fly above our bases is just foolish.

Sen. Cotton hits the bullseye. Rogue drones over military bases? Major security risk. Trump’s got it covered. Army’s ready to zap threats, and FAA’s Remote ID keeps tabs on the culprits. Skydio’s drones? Tech superheroes. Bureaucrats snoozing? Par for the course. Real security, not lip service. Protect bases, protect taxpayers. End of story.
