I would at least try it. I ate sea urchin in Japan, and it looked nastier than this and was quite good. Also ate cow stomach, which was only ok, not terrible but not great (though cow TONGUE was delicious). We were there for work and the Japanese engineers took use out to eat and drink one the weekends. Those guys could PARTY too 🤣
