Just to give you guys a visual reference of what we’re currently building. This is a 12-axis CNC controlled wire forming machine which can bend wires and coil springs up to 2.5mm wire diameter (spring steel and equivalent). Out of the 12 axis, 10 of those axis will have almost zero backlash planetary reducers. Precision is the name of the game. All the 8 slides you see on the front plate can be moved and rotated along the plate’s axis for better flexibility and accuracy. This will also have a rotary wire pecking system that would be the first of its kind to be made in India. I can’t wait to build this machine and show you guys how it manufactures precision springs all day and all night. The parts of this machine are being manufactured in our facility as I post this.

Our CNC machine has now clocked a speed of 1304 pieces/minute!! That’s more than 21 springs in a second! A 30% increase in speed over our previous record. We achieved this feat without a thorough redesign of the entire machine. All springs you see here are in the tolerance of +/- 0.1 mm It was already the fastest in the country. We just dialled it up a notch. This is now one of the fastest CNC spring coiler in the world, if not the fastest. Investing in R&D pays. Designed and built in Bharat 🇮🇳

In Welcome to the Game III - You won't be able to access the A.N.N browser on your main desktop. Introducing VirtMesh, with this tool you will hack into virtual machines. Once a machine is hacked, you can either mount the machine to access A.N.N and other tools or convert it into a DOS Coin Miner. But be careful! If you are in a mounted machine too long, it can be hacked and you will lose access to that machine for the rest of the playthrough! Each machine will have it's own unique set of hardware variables that will determine the DOS Coin mine rate.. with higher tier machines, the higher amount of DOS Coin it can generate! This mechanic sort of replaces the Wifi hacking mechanic in WTTG2. It was cool to see players figure out the SkyBreak tool - however the majority of the player base thought that mechanic was too difficult and not a fun mechanic to interact with.

Here’s a video of a German machine which is supposed to be the gold standard in this field and the performance benchmark for everyone. Just FYI, this german company is over 130 years old. And this machine would be a minimum 10-12 times the cost of our machine. Their speeds seem to be very similar to our machine, if not lower. Please don’t comment on the aesthetics, we’re well aware. We’re not anywhere near the scale at which this company operates and has resources. We, on the other hand had designed, developed, manufactured and tested our machine from scratch with a team of three people (including myself).

Before an autonomous machine can act, it has to understand. A construction site is one of the most unpredictable environments imaginable. The terrain changes with every pass. Material piles shift. Other machines move nearby. No two digs are the same. For a human operator, reading that environment is second nature, built from years of experience and constant sensory feedback. Teaching a machine to do the same is one of the hardest problems in autonomy. Scene understanding is how we're working to solve it. Our system fuses LiDAR point clouds, camera feeds, and real-time terrain data into a continuous, three-dimensional picture of everything happening around the machine. It's a living model of the environment, updated moment to moment so the machine can make decisions grounded in what's actually in front of it.
