Chris Williamson shared a difficult truth about changing your life that most people never talk about. “If you do it well, you might have to go through a period where you let go of all of your friends. But the really bad realization is if you do it really well, you might have to do that multiple times throughout your life.” He explains that every major transformation comes with hard decisions and most people think the hardest part of growth is taking the first step. It isn’t. The hardest part is realizing that every major chapter of your life may require you to leave behind people, places, and versions of yourself that no longer align with who you’re becoming. “If you’ve truly changed, don’t expect every friendship to come with you. Sometimes growth means finding your people more than once.” Every meaningful change eventually forces the same question: “Do I want to move forward on my own, or do I want to go back with my friends?” One of the most honest conversations I’ve heard about why so few people actually change.

There are massively more people sitting on 0-3 viewers than there are people sitting on 10 plus, even less so at 50 plus! If you constantly keep your eye on larger creators around you wondering why you're not growing or why you're on lower numbers, you may just create more worry and sadness for yourself because your perspective will be skewed 😢 Take a moment to appreciate how well you're doing for hitting that insane Affiliate status, or for getting a whopping 10 subs in a month, for example! 💚 Scrolling through the platform to see how other people starting out are streaming, interacting, and how they're doing, might be something that can help as well to make you appreciate just how well you're doing, and see that there are many other people like you working hard!

It means more to your community, so it means everything to us. Together, we’re building something. Thank you for being a part of it. Where you find passion You also find community A place where people can come together and believe A place for people with something to prove A place for unity and rivalry For triumphs and tragedy For breaking barriers and shattering ceilings Where everyone is on the same team…even when they aren’t Where impossible is made possible all of the time How does a place like this even exist? Where do you find it? The truth is…you don’t find it. You build it.

NAMJOON: We went through a long difficult time because of our military enlistment issue. There was a lot of talk about it. Even when I'd be at a bar people at the next table would be talking about it without knowing I was there "Is it right for them to do that?" We heard that so much and just around that time so many things happened to me personally and I had a lot on my mind about what I should do. Going through that I just thought I should pour it all out and leave a record and be as honest as I could be. And I think I was. the fact that they heard people talk ☹️☹️

in korea, when people meet me, a lot of them only see the “gay” part of me first. but my friends and the people i met here were curious about me as a person. they wanted to know me, not just a label. i’m just me. being gay is only one part of who i am. but many people still approach me with preconceptions, or say they’re open minded like it’s some kind of joke. maybe that’s why i felt lonely without even realizing it. but here, i’ve received so much comfort. i’ve been genuinely happy. thank you to everyone who sees me for who i am and accepts me as i am. it really means more than you know.

👤 how does your mindset differ when you’re alone & when you’re with the members? 🐻‍❄ when i’m alone, it’s definitely more peaceful. when all 13 members are together, first of all, it’s noisy. since there’s just a lot of people. but when i’m alone, there’s much more pressure of having to do more instead. when we’re together as a group, we can rely on each other a lot more. even if you say something once or all 13 say something once, it just becomes 13 words automatically. and since we’ve been working together for a long time, i think our personalities and chemistry also become part of the fun

I write this without knowing where to begin. Coach, you are more than just a mentor to me. Everything you taught has helped me grow both as an athlete and person. You have gone out of your way to make sure I was mentally and physically prepared for every competition. You stood by me through injury. You were there through the highs, and you were there even more through the lows. You were one of the quietest in the stands, but your words to me rang the loudest in my ears when I threw. I will miss the pranks and the laughs we shared, but more than anything, I will miss US as a team. Thank you for being a part of my journey.
