Just finished this direct heat brisket using my Char Griller pit! Best pit on the market! Pros. Flavor profile was spot on Moisture and texture was good but not great but I didn’t juice it up either so. All and all not bad but I can definitely do better

"Didn't agree with any of the tyres today, no, a very very hard race, I can tell you it was a really really tough race, one being extremely hot, so yeah I had, my start wasn't really very good to be honest, my getaway was poor but then I was on the attack, obviously got past Charles and I thought it wasn't looking too bad in the first few laps with George, I was kind of holding on for a second and then the rear just dropped off on every set, for some reason the balance was very open, very difficult and I think we, I mean on Friday we were down six tenths just in straight line speed, and I have to go and see what the case was today but I'm sure it was not insignificant, but also just grip wise we just couldn't keep up with everyone today, so a very tough one but I'm grateful for the points, the team did a great job with the strategy and with the pit stops, the boys worked so hard on the pit stops so we were proud of them and yeah, not the result we wanted but we got the points atleast." Honestly, I didn't want to do this, but in one occasion I spun before the pit entry. I had to try what happens if I go to pit-stop in reverse... Not that optimal, but I'm sure I looks great on TV. :)

I finished up last night. My first year making all decisions for our crops on my own…I was just excited that things were growing. Even better seeing we had something to harvest. Did chess today I thought I would have a great workout but that did not happen. I felt great but I just could not push yesterday. I had an amazing workout it back yesterday. I thought it would be more the same today but quite good country. I’m pretty vascular not as vascular as I was and I’m definitely way smaller than I was if you scroll back and look at video before especially Sam Sulaiman I don’t understand why I’ve lost all the size.

Finally implemented texture blending on the terrain. The tile textures still need some work but it looks much better up close and gives me a lot more options than the giant single texture I was using for so long
