Katie Hobbs. “If you can’t defend your record, you should probably be disqualified.” Hobbs’ campaign announced Thursday she will not participate in gubernatorial debates in her reelection race against Biggs, instead pointing to his own record of skipping forums and refusing to face opponents on stage.
