Use it as a tool. Don't dismiss it as "slop" or a fad. If that's your take, you need to THINK AGAIN. The Zig approach of banning AI is NOT the way unless you're doing this for your personal joy. Which is fine. It really is. But it will NOT land you a job, if that's what you're going for. And rightfully so, because I truly am convinced that you ARE way more productive with AI.
