Great! PRC is conducting a massive military buildup as a jobs program? No one threatens the PRC, so they clearly are amassing a force for aggressive war.

🚨🇨🇳 U.S. NAVY IN PANIC: CHINA ARMS ITS MAIN DESTROYER CLASS WITH YJ-20 HYPERSONIC MISSILES New PLA footage has shown a Type 052D destroyer launching the YJ-20 hypersonic anti-ship ballistic missile for the first time publicly. Previously demonstrated aboard the larger Type 055, the weapon has now reached the class that forms the backbone of China’s surface fleet. 🔸 The YJ-20 is a boost-glide weapon capable of speeds above Mach 5, with its range estimated at up to 1,500 km. Its manoeuvring bi-conic glide body can strike ships at a steep, near-vertical angle, making interception far more difficult. 🔸 The missile was cold-launched from one of the Type 052D’s 64 universal vertical-launch cells, ejecting above the ship before its motor ignited. 🔸 More than 35 Type 052Ds are already in service, with additional ships under construction. Unlike the smaller Type 055 fleet, these destroyers are produced in large numbers and routinely operate across the South China Sea and Western Pacific. 🔸 The YJ-20 does not need to replace the YJ-18. A mixed load allows Chinese destroyers to combine long-range hypersonic attacks with sea-skimming cruise missiles, forcing carrier defenses to confront different speeds, trajectories and approach angles. 🔸 This is what makes the integration more important than a single launch. Hypersonic anti-ship firepower can now spread beyond China’s largest destroyers to a far more numerous class, creating more launch platforms and attack directions. 🔸 The Pentagon’s leaked Overmatch brief found that American warships such as the Gerald R. Ford were often destroyed in Taiwan war games. Giving China’s primary destroyer class a hypersonic carrier-killer makes those scenarios even harder for the U.S. Navy. The threat is no longer one rare missile aboard a handful of large warships. It is China’s mass-produced destroyer fleet gaining the ability to attack U.S. carrier groups from extreme range. What threatens U.S. carriers more: the YJ-20’s speed or the number of ships that can launch it?

BREAKING: 🇨🇳 Chinese media has claimed that the Type 055 Renhai-class destroyer is capable of mission-killing high-value naval targets, including U.S. aircraft carriers, using YJ-21 hypersonic anti-ship missiles. The Type 055, among the largest and most heavily armed surface combatants in service today, is widely viewed as a cruiser-level platform, combining advanced sensors, long range air defense, and strike capabilities designed for high intensity naval warfare. Analysts note the claims are part of strategic messaging and deterrence signaling, aimed at influencing how the U.S. and regional navies, including Australia, assess risk in the Indo Pacific. No engagement, just a message, and it’s being heard.

‼️🇺🇸 💥USS Arleigh Burke Class Destroyer | Precision Strike Platform The USS Arleigh Burke class destroyer is one of the most powerful surface combat ships in active US Navy service. In recent operations, these destroyers have been used to conduct long range precision strikes using the Tomahawk cruise missile. How it works Arleigh Burke class destroyers are equipped with the Mk 41 Vertical Launch System. This system allows the ship to fire Tomahawk missiles directly from the sea without warning and from a safe distance. Tomahawk missile role The Tomahawk is a long range, land attack cruise missile designed for high accuracy. It can strike command centers, air defense sites, radar stations, and high value infrastructure deep inside enemy territory. Guidance is achieved through GPS, terrain matching, and advanced navigation systems. Why the US Navy uses destroyers for strikes Using destroyers for missile strikes provides flexibility and speed. These ships can operate close to conflict zones while remaining hard to detect. They allow the US to project power without relying on nearby air bases or large carrier groups. Strategic impact When a Burke class destroyer launches Tomahawk missiles, it sends a clear message of deterrence and dominance. These strikes are precise, controlled, and designed to limit collateral damage while achieving military objectives. Modern naval warfare is no longer just about ships at sea. It is about reach, accuracy, and decision making within minutes. The Arleigh Burke class destroyer represents that reality.

🇨🇳 China’s Type 1130 is built for one job: shred anything that gets too close to its warships. It’s an 11-barrel, 30mm rotary cannon that can fire up to 11,000 rounds per minute, making it one of the fastest point-defense systems on the planet. China mounts it on Type 055 destroyers and aircraft carriers to stop incoming missiles and drones before they reach the ship. At that speed, defense becomes a wall of metal. 🇰🇵 North Korea’s Navy conducted tests last Wednesday on the missile destroyer No. 51 Choe Hyon. Kim Jong Un personally observed the trials, which were aimed at assessing the ship’s operational capabilities ahead of its entry into service. The vessel is the lead ship of the Choe Hyon-class, first unveiled in April 2025. So far, North Korea has built two destroyers of this class: Choe Hyon (No. 51) and Kang Kon (No. 52). A third ship is currently under construction. Under Kim Jong Un’s directive and the new five-year plan, North Korea aims to build 12 large-displacement warships by 2030.

💥🇰🇵🇺🇸 How North Korea challenges US sea dominance with new Choe Hyon destroyers By 2033, the new vessels will make North Korea the world’s fifth wielder of destroyers, media report The new ships can be compared to the US Arleigh Burke class destroyers: 🔸 While the US ships are larger (9,600 tons vs. 5,000 tons), the two vessels have comparable firepower — 96 vertical launch cells vs. 74, which makes Choe Hyon the most heavily armed ship class 🔸 Choe Hyon is to have far better anti-ship capabilities using supersonic missiles, while the Alreigh Burke can only use the SM-6 anti-ballistic missile poorly suited against ships 🔸 The North Korean ships will be able to use missiles of two complementary sizes, while the US ones can only launch one 🔸 Sleaker design makes the Choe Hyon better in evading radar detection than its US counterpart

In China, anti‑aircraft guns are being repurposed as tools for cloud‑seeding! In a scene that reflects remarkable industrial capacity and logistical ingenuity, some of China’s anti‑aircraft guns are used to fire special shells that stimulate clouds to produce rainfall as part of the country’s large‑scale weather‑modification programs. Transforming equipment originally designed for air defense into tools that support agriculture and water‑resource management highlights an unconventional approach to maximizing available capabilities on a national scale.

🚨🇮🇷🇺🇸 Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps says its anti-ship ballistic missiles struck two U.S. Navy Arleigh Burke-class destroyers, USS Delbert D. Black (DDG-119) and USS John Paul Jones (DDG-53). According to the Iranian military statement, the missile attack caused “significant damage” to both American warships. The IRGC presented the strikes as a direct hit against major U.S. naval assets. 🔥 If the claimed damage is substantiated, this would mark a serious escalation in the U.S.-Iran confrontation and demonstrate a direct threat to American surface combatants operating in the region. For Washington, even limited damage to Arleigh Burke-class destroyers would carry major operational and political consequences.

2026.1.3 New images show a Chinese cargo ship in Shanghai refitted into a floating missile arsenal - modular containers packed with up to 60 vertical launch cells, advanced radars, and close-in weapons. It’s a stark example of the CCP’s civilian-military fusion, turning ordinary merchant traffic into disguised strike platforms. With China’s massive shipbuilding base and commercial fleet, these “arsenal ships” could rapidly appear and overwhelm defenses in a Taiwan crisis.
