STRC is a glorified T-Bill. Incredibly over-hyped by the Bitcoin community. 11.5% variable yield that is going to decrease over time. Not 11.5% in perpetuity. Zero capital upside. It is better than a "money market fund" or "HYSA"? Sure, but that's a low bar to beat. Nobody builds wealth with these types of products. It's not the best Strategy preferred stock by any means. That's STRK. The fixed payment of $8 per share actually makes it far more attractive from an income perspective over the long-term. STRC is 11.5% annualized right now, but if/when BTC rallies & the Fed cuts rates, that's going to drop much lower. STRK gives you actual fixed income PLUS capital upside (non-expiring MSTR call option).

Literally my whole timeline is about Michael Saylor selling 32 BTC, which leaves them with JUST 843,706. What I do find interesting is the reasoning behind selling 32 BTC. And let me tell you what I think the reason is: $MSTR is so focused on $STRC lately, and a lot of the noise comes from people thinking they won't pay their holders the dividend. Saylor posted his "Working Better" post and the next few posts were about $STRC. First about maintaining the dividend rate at 11.50%. The second post "Our goal is to make $STRC the best credit instrument in the world." Strategy isn't panic selling Bitcoin because they're about to go down. They're selling to reassure STRC holders that Strategy WILL pay you the dividend. Panic over 0.004% of holdings is peak noise. They're paying STRC holders what they promised so the capital machine keeps fueling more Bitcoin.

Oh, no, actually it's quite very much the reverse. "Because there's something anyone who's totally lost faith in the Left, in a way, they have many complaints with the Left. But it all boils down to, you basically recognize that this is not a vegetarian thing. This is a predator, right? "And so this is a predator. And so when a predator such as a lion is hunting, there are basically two phases of the pursuit. There's the stalk and the charge. But the thing is, when people, when enough people see the con, and all of these systems are incentive-based, they're not based on planning, the Left is not run by some cabal. It's incentives that drive things. "What you're seeing, especially in what used to be called the white dominions, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, especially is you're seeing they're starting to speed run, they're starting to come out of their crouch and basically just be like, yeah, actually we're, I mean in the 21st century, I think they've increased the population of Canada by like 35%. Right? "And so even that is small. Even that is small. The Spanish government was just like, we're going to legalize 500,000. Oh, but that's just an estimate. That's just an estimate of how many people that plan will suck in it probably will be more like over a million. Right. "And so you know and those people are Schengen.
