Newly released footage of Charlotte Train Attack on Ukranian Refugee, Iryna Zarutska. Shows Decarlos Brown saying "I got that white girl" after fatally stabbing her. The footage also shows she didn't immediately collapse and people surrounding didn't react or didn't realize what happened. Magistrates Judge, Teresa Stokes (a Registered Democrat) released Decarlos Brown on the condition he'd appear in court. Apparently she doesn't have a law degree. 🚨 JUST IN: Circumstances surrounding the kiIIing of Iryna Zarutska have been released Iryna got on the light rail train alone in Charlotte wearing her work uniform She sat in a row by herself, which just happened to be in front of DeCarlos Brown 4 minutes later, he pulled out a pocket knife and stabbed her three times in the neck, and then walked off the train. At 9:55pm, the police responded to the call of a stabbing victim on the light rail train. They located Iryna with stab wounds to her neck and hand, and found the pocket knife on scene. It's unclear how many minutes went by before police were initially called.
