Ok guys, this is the morning of the FBI raid on my fiancé and I for Jan. 6, 2 1/2 years ago. This footage was taken from our personal home security cameras. At the end of the video you’ll see these agents disable our cameras by putting black tape over the lens. They do this prior to them destroying our home in a raid. They let all 3 of our indoor cats out, broke several things and left our home security disabled after they left while we spent hours at the station. Does anyone know if this is legal?

In the video, three ICE agents are already on top of the man. One agent is holding his legs, another is sitting on him, and a third is restraining his arms and putting him in handcuffs. Then, the agent sitting on him starts punching him directly in the head. The man has one hand handcuffed and is using his other hand to try to shield his head from the punches. The person filming yells, “Hey!” The agent looks directly at them… And then seconds later punches the man in the head AGAIN. ICE agents do NOT get unlimited permission to beat someone just because they are arresting them. The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable force during an arrest. That means ICE agents cannot just use whatever amount of force they want because they are making an arrest. ICE’s own detention standards say force is supposed to be limited to what is necessary to gain control, and explicitly state that physical force or restraints are not to be used as punishment. Looking at the video it appears the agents have control of the man… The man was already partially handcuffed and was using his free hand to try to protect his head from being punched. In the video, after he falls to the ground, agents pile on top of him, as the agents smash his head into the concrete multiple times. While he’s lying on the ground… not fighting back, and making no visible attempt to get away… the agents drag his face across the pavement as they go to handcuff him. Then, with both agents already on top of him, and his arms being pulled behind his back, one agent slams his head into the concrete, again. Even after both agents have him pinned, and are kneeling on him, one agent continues forcing his head into the pavement. By the time they finally pull him to his feet, you can clearly see his face is injured. Law enforcement are allowed to use force, that’s objectively reasonable, under the circumstances. But, once someone is effectively under control, any additional force has to be justified by a legitimate safety need… not punishment, anger, or retaliation. Congress needs to stop this outrageous behavior by ICE Agents right now. Brian Nataren, 19, and his brother Brandon, 14, were stopped by ICE agents in Olathe, Kansas when they stopped for food. ICE agents confronted them over their truck, yanked Brian out, pointed a gun at his head, handcuffed him, knelt on his back, paid no attention to them saying they were citizens and took Brian away. They did say they would find who they were looking for the owner of the truck. Brian was released without charges.
