This has nothing to do with color of skin. When the govt has proof of something, they act like this. They have something massive here.

I wish they would do the same to all the other child traffickers

Why is everything always about race? Race has nothing to do with this.

I remember they did the same thing to Roger Stone. Other old guys and grandmas. And that young guy when they raided his house with 7 kids after he prayed outside an abortion clinic. And a thousand other Trump supporters mostly for walking on Biden's grass on J6. It is still going on. This happens way too often.

This militarized use of force against an innocent citizen is outlandish. Remember, Diddy is indeed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. This whole operation has Waco vibes written all over it. Thankfully it didn’t end remotely as tragically. But still. Nonsense.

Is his home in Beverly Hills? Seems pretty militarized for some rich kids.

These agents acted like thugs. Raiding the house is fine. They probably have something big. But his kids were not a threat.

They were on an ego trip, as usual. The government has become a Gestapo.

🚨BREAKING: An ICE agent was filmed sitting on top of a man and repeatedly punching him in the head during an arrest in Plainfield, New Jersey. In the video, three ICE agents are already on top of the man. One agent is holding his legs, another is sitting on him, and a third is restraining his arms and putting him in handcuffs. Then, the agent sitting on him starts punching him directly in the head. The man has one hand handcuffed and is using his other hand to try to shield his head from the punches. The person filming yells, “Hey!” The agent looks directly at them… And then seconds later punches the man in the head AGAIN. ICE agents do NOT get unlimited permission to beat someone just because they are arresting them. The Fourth Amendment protects people from unreasonable force during an arrest. That means ICE agents cannot just use whatever amount of force they want because they are making an arrest. ICE’s own detention standards say force is supposed to be limited to what is necessary to gain control, and explicitly state that physical force or restraints are not to be used as punishment. Looking at the video it appears the agents have control of the man… The man was already partially handcuffed and was using his free hand to try to protect his head from being punched. So why is an agent repeatedly punching him in the head? This is another agent that needs to be investigated… Because being arrested does not mean you lose your right to be free from excessive force.

🚨BREAKING: In Oklahoma City, ICE agents are seen chasing a young man through a parking lot, tasing him, then repeatedly smashing his head, and dragging his face across the concrete… while he isn’t resisting. In the video, after he falls to the ground, agents pile on top of him, as the agents smash his head into the concrete multiple times. While he’s lying on the ground… not fighting back, and making no visible attempt to get away… the agents drag his face across the pavement as they go to handcuff him. Then, with both agents already on top of him, and his arms being pulled behind his back, one agent slams his head into the concrete, again. Even after both agents have him pinned, and are kneeling on him, one agent continues forcing his head into the pavement. By the time they finally pull him to his feet, you can clearly see his face is injured. Law enforcement are allowed to use force, that’s objectively reasonable, under the circumstances. But, once someone is effectively under control, any additional force has to be justified by a legitimate safety need… not punishment, anger, or retaliation. If someone is no longer actively resisting, repeatedly driving their head into concrete… is difficult to justify as necessary force. This is exactly what happens when the government refuses to hold ICE agents accountable. The more ICE agents get away with excessive force, the more excessive force becomes their normal.

Here we go again, a-fucking-gain. Yet another case alleging corruption or mishandling by a plaintiff. This is the civil trial of Adam's County Sheriff's Deputies v Afroman. (AI summary of the case, not my words) In 2022, Joseph "Afroman" Foreman experienced a police raid at his home in Adams County, Ohio. The incident appears to have been conducted by seven sheriff’s deputies, though no criminal charges were filed against him. Feeling wronged by the raid, Afroman later used his own home security footage of the event to create music videos and sell merchandise that portrayed the deputies in a mocking manner. These videos and related content captured the humiliation and frustration he felt, which led to his disparagement of the police department. The actions angered the deputies involved, who subsequently filed a defamation lawsuit against Afroman in March 2023, claiming his videos caused emotional distress, reputational damage, and humiliation. The case went to court, and Afroman took the stand to explain his side of the story. Afroman’s disparagement stems from the combination of an uncharged police raid and his subsequent artistic expression of frustration and ridicule, which he used both in music and media content to publicly criticize the deputies involved. This creative retaliation ultimately led to legal action against him. (My words): The very first witness, Det. Brian Newland, has already admitted that money was in fact missing when Mr. Foreman picked up his belongings. They seized $5000 and $400 was missing. The cop alleges that he "miscounted" the money. I am SOOOOO OVER these corrupt ass cops. They stole from him, yet they are suing him when he used his First Amendment Right to call them out in songs and videos.
