I see dysfunctional posture often, even with elite athletes. Does it matter, INDEED! It’s just tenths of seconds but in baseball tenths of seconds matter - A LOT! Just made this exact adjustment with an MLB infielder last week and he couldn’t believe the results. Quicker and easier to move, it showed up the next day in his 10 yard sprints laser timed. The adjustment is simple, high waist, knees slightly bent, chest forward over feet at about a 30° angle and remember to relax!

For the 10 seconds, I saw an interview of him saying that even if it’s in the first 10 seconds of the fight, he would happily oblige. I don’t think people get the sense of the 10 seconds. Ten seconds is for the end of the fight, when both guys agree, and the guy who’s winning is the one that needs to give you that blessing. Cool. 1-“The best player on a basketball team” isn’t a position. 2-The consensus is that Quarterback is the most important position in Football, not all of sports 3-QB is the hardest position to play in all of sports. Bonus- Quarterbacks touch the ball every offensive snap, dictate protections, audibles, tempo, personnel, and decision-making while trying to not get flattened by 300lb defensive lineman. QBs control the entire game ecosystem and decisions coaches make on both sides of the ball. Football is the only sport where one position can elevate or destroy 52 other careers.
