Here we see an elite high school and middle school infielder using the momentum of the ball to set up both the catch and the throw. We refer to this skill as “Riding it’Out!” Note: how the ball never stops. BetterEveryday 6TN🌎 @stingersportsgear Jaeger Sports

I see dysfunctional posture often, even with elite athletes. Does it matter, INDEED! It’s just tenths of seconds but in baseball tenths of seconds matter - A LOT! Just made this exact adjustment with an MLB infielder last week and he couldn’t believe the results. Quicker and easier to move, it showed up the next day in his 10 yard sprints laser timed. The adjustment is simple, high waist, knees slightly bent, chest forward over feet at about a 30° angle and remember to relax!

My favorite part of this is how they were gassing it up like it was going to be a nailbiter for pole, and then 2 seconds later Leclerc dunks FIVE TENTHS on Sainz💀 Also the "wow"😂

🚨| Sir Lewis Hamilton: "It looks like McLaren have taken a step forward. Naturally they've got the Mercedes engine which is a long way ahead of us at the moment and yeah, we've got a huge amount of work to do. To be eight tenths off or seven tenths whatever it is. Even if you bring up an upgrade of a couple of tenths, three tenths, four tenths, it's still a long way off, so to close that gap it's going to take a mighty push from everybody." "I don't know whether or not we can turn into a podium but I mean our race pace has been pretty decent. It looks like... STS-133 launch anniversary. Flagship Discovery on her 39th and final launch, with added drama by picking up the count with just two seconds before a scrub would have been called. Epic NASA (JSC SE&I) video. Still one of the best launch videos of all time:

#BritishGP 🇬🇧 | Lewis Hamilton says Silverstone crowd gives him at least a couple of tenths! 🥹 “At least [a couple of tenths]! At least! I mean, look, we’re ahead of the Mercedes, and the Red Bulls! They have so much power these guys. They’ve been doing amazing all year!” “But my team just won’t let up, they keep pushing and that’s what I’m so proud of. It won’t always be like this but we didn’t expect, coming into Silverstone that we’d be competing for the front row. This is an amazing surprise.”

Richard Jefferson has lost his mind. He thinks the best player on an NBA team is the most important position in all of sports and not the NFL QB because QBs don’t play offense and defense. Cool. 1-“The best player on a basketball team” isn’t a position. 2-The consensus is that Quarterback is the most important position in Football, not all of sports 3-QB is the hardest position to play in all of sports. Bonus- Quarterbacks touch the ball every offensive snap, dictate protections, audibles, tempo, personnel, and decision-making while trying to not get flattened by 300lb defensive lineman. QBs control the entire game ecosystem and decisions coaches make on both sides of the ball. Football is the only sport where one position can elevate or destroy 52 other careers. Nothing moves without the QB. Richard Jefferson

Max Holloway details the rules of pointing down in the last 10 seconds of the fight. 😅 "I saw the video of Charles practicing the point down. For the 10 seconds, I saw an interview of him saying that even if it’s in the first 10 seconds of the fight, he would happily oblige. I don’t think people get the sense of the 10 seconds. Ten seconds is for the end of the fight, when both guys agree, and the guy who’s winning is the one that needs to give you that blessing. If you do call it, please do not step back, or shoot, or clinch. It’s 10 seconds- be smart and throw it out." (Via FREESTYLEBENDER )

The left “lost the historical purpose of (its) existence when they [laid down] their arms, when they stopped offering an alternative revolutionary path for people and for the nations, when they started looking for solutions and dropped the option of victory,” said Khaled Barakat, Palestinian writer, organizer, and leader of Masar Badil (Masar Badil), in an interview with VPol, when asked why the left is so much less relevant on the international scene today. ￭ “Revolutionary Islamic forces like Hezbollah, Islamic Jihad, Ansar Allah.. are the forces today that the masses are supporting. And this is not an accident. This is not because people don't know the position of the left. It's because they actually support an actual resistance. And this camp of resistance today in our region is led by Iran,” said Barakat. ￭ “Our role is to revolutionize the left instead of, like, tapping them on the shoulder and say, you know, you're doing good, you just issued a statement saying the correct position. Even the correct position today is not what we want. We want a correct position that is implemented in real programs.”

Patriots fans should be ROOTING for Will Campbell to succeed. He is an extremely important piece of the football team and Lomu isn’t ready to step in. Not to mention what it would mean going forward at the tackle position. We don’t want to see this fail.
