I see dysfunctional posture often, even with elite athletes. Does it matter, INDEED! It’s just tenths of seconds but in baseball tenths of seconds matter - A LOT! Just made this exact adjustment with an MLB infielder last week and he couldn’t believe the results. Quicker and easier to move, it showed up the next day in his 10 yard sprints laser timed. The adjustment is simple, high waist, knees slightly bent, chest forward over feet at about a 30° angle and remember to relax!
