Officials absolutely had a big hand in this game. Did they miss calls both ways? Yes. But that one drive was absolutely, ridiculous.

This felt like a game where it was so sloppy, on both sides, that they cannot properly officiate it. Cant throw 80 flags in an NFL football game. Thats fine, its a sloppy aggressive week 1 game. What you cannot do is suddenly start to throw ticky tack flags in the most consequential moments and suddenly start to legislate the game.

@TheRealCarlG There is literally a penalty on every kick return. You really care too much if you are looking to find penalties on a kickoff. Go back my and do it fir your big kick return. There for sure is a hold.

The Sports Leagues want certain outcomes and the only way they can get it is through theirs Refs. It’s the only way they can control a game. Comebacks and close games bring ratings.
