Just noticed Benji Taylor made the Agentation toolbar freely draggable, and also added a lovely tilt effect based on drag position. Great products and tools are the sum of a thousand little details like these.

When you're designing anything of even moderate interface interactivity or complexity, state machines are a great way to help you manage that. I make these all the time, and they're remarkably useful little tools.

Good software is durable. Here's an quick example of what that means, at an interface level. In X, you can choose a custom emoji reaction. The popover looks like what I expect, but it does not work like I expect. I want to use the ‼ emoji, so the first thing I try is obviously '!'. No results. The sum of a million little papercuts like this means X feels like broken software, not well designed or made. Which is a shame, because it's a brilliant product and network.

Gwyneth Paltrow at the Valentino show turned up in what looked like just the top half of a dress… and I kept wondering.. Just one qn: where is the skirt? She looked lovely, but the outfit feels a little incomplete. Also, are those creases on it? 🤔

A few people have asked how I make these animations. The answer is it's just code and a screen recording. I’ll make little jigs like this interactive timeline to dial things in, but for me I find this is still the fastest way to create and refine exactly what I want.

Added some extra things. You can now change the stroke width on the pen tool. It also has a subtle animation going to and from the centre of the tool tray when different tools are selected. Wireframe Design Studio

EA added replays based on the vision of the stands, and it was very interesting. There are also other takes that look like they copied them from some TV broadcasts. #FC27 📽: Javier Caireta Serra

New research presented at the Nutrition 2026 conference reviewed nearly 2,800 food products for young children across 21 grocery stores in Texas. It found that about 81 percent of the foods made for children between 6 and 36 months old are ultra-processed. The researchers also reported that nearly half of these products did not meet the nutrition standards set by the World Health Organization. They say many of these foods are high in added sugar and additives, and they encourage parents to read the labels and choose whole foods when possible.

Origin OS also got great attention to details, it also darkens the screen when sliding the sliders. Just that it looks like a badly copied PowerPoint animation of iOS. 😭

Advanced chest muscle flex showcase I 3D modeled the chest in a flexed state, and then added a smoothing animation that turns off and on based on the shoulders position. Proof of concept only, not included in my standard muscle commission services. #b3d #vrchat

Look closely — these are the faces of a people unbroken. Even in the midst of a humanitarian crisis and blockade, the residents of Artsakh are all out here demanding their right to live freely and independently.
