OH MY GOD.. there’s about to be a war in the comments after what I said at the end. 😂 Just to clarify for the people who actually care to read. Yes, calories matter. But I care more about where those calories come from. Something can be “X” calories… But if 90% of it is fat, that matters. I don’t just look at total number of calories, I look at the macro split. That way I track my macros properly and don’t have 90% of my calories coming from just fats. Does that make sense? SAVE this video to use next time you’re making a Peanut Butter Sandwich! 🥪

Weight fluctuates daily because of sodium, water retention, meal timing, and digestion. Not just fat gain. Focus on your 5-6 day average, not a single weigh in. The weekly trend matters more than the day. Stop stressing about the # on the scale. Stay consistent. Trust the process. 💪🏽
