OH MY GOD.. there’s about to be a war in the comments after what I said at the end. 😂 Just to clarify for the people who actually care to read. Yes, calories matter. But I care more about where those calories come from. Something can be “X” calories… But if 90% of it is fat, that matters. I don’t just look at total number of calories, I look at the macro split. That way I track my macros properly and don’t have 90% of my calories coming from just fats. Does that make sense? SAVE this video to use next time you’re making a Peanut Butter Sandwich! 🥪

So you’re telling me I cut 500 calories… and still gained weight? Yeah. And that’s exactly why you can’t live and die by the number on the scale. Weight fluctuates daily because of sodium, water retention, meal timing, and digestion. Not just fat gain. Focus on your 5-6 day average, not a single weigh in. The weekly trend matters more than the day. Stop stressing about the # on the scale. Stay consistent. Trust the process. 💪🏽
