Watching Interstellar after Oppenheimer shows you how Nolan started playing around with this type of editing — viscerally fusing sound/music/cinematography/cutscenes/acting into one massive collage so many years before he would put in full gear for Oppenheimer. Amazing stuff.

I could have sworn I saw the same camera angle of the truck driving away from the house as the Ranger 2 detaching scene. wouldve been parallel with the "detach song" playing in the background. pretty cool parallel that he's leaving behind the people he loves as a sacrifice

I don't care what kind of film Nolan makes, they're always great
