Here's how to do a bit of VFX work using Seedance 2: If you generate with Seedance 2 you often get a great shot but unfortunately with one or more minor artefacts. Instead of discarding the generation, you can actually edit the video using Seedance 2. In my case it i had to remove a character and I did this using simply as the prompt and using the original video as reference: "Remove boy from video". I then regenerated the missing detail (the boy) using an isolated version of the boy that I removed. And then animated using Seedance 2: "the boy runs sideways and stops. white background. he stays in the center of the screen." In the tutorial below, I'll show how I got rid of an artefact in a shot I liked, and used good old compositing to combine a two videos. As always I'll share the link to the Space below.

Seen the fragile snowflakes complain people aren't posting combat gameplay from Ghost of Yotei, but not only is my timeline filled with it, I've been posting plenty myself too. Here's another. This segment did a great job of making me feel part of a larger battle, while being atmospheric and just pure fun. May look easy, but keep in mind you get killed in 2-3 hits so can die in seconds. Unlike Assassin's Creed Shadows where even on Expert it feels like you could beat certain engagements with your eyes closed, Yotei on the hardest difficulties actually demands precision and keeps you on your toes, which I LOVE. It's notably harder than Tsushima, and the enemy movesets, attack speed and AI more aggressive. On Hard/Lethal combat difficulty or deadliness wise, it can at times end up feeling more like a Soulsborne or Sekiro than it does many action adventure games. In just one week, Binh and I trained a full-body Unitree G1. Here's a recap: 1. Secured a Unitree G1 humanoid through a LinkedIn post 2. Deployed TWIST2 full-body teleoperation pipelines 3. Adapted TWIST2 for Zed stereo camera & collected full-body teleoperation samples (carried by Binh ) 4. Adapted & fine-tuned NVIDIA Gr00T N1.5 VLA on the TWIST2 public datasets, which I fine-tuned on an 8xNVIDIA H100 Cluster. We picked Gr00T N1.5 as it was trained with Unitree G1 embodiment data. 5. Adapted the TWIST2 codebase to stream in the actions from Gr00T via ZMQ using a co-located NVIDIA H100 for ~200ms inference latency 6. Tested the model in sim, then deployed to the real-world Unitree G1. We streamed a training sample observation to the VLA (as we didn't want to break robot in case real observations were OOD) We were the first team in the world to deploy the full TWIST2 data collection pipeline to the unitree g1 :) Much more work ahead though, which I'll work on as a side-project over the next months: 1. Exploring the various types of 'world models': video backbones, dynamics models, v-jepa-2 models. I believe these will generalize better & train much more data-efficiently than VLM backbones 2. Speeding up inference - I believe low-latency robotics inference will be a big challenge. There are many works in video diffusion which I'd like to test (e.g. SageAttention, SparseAttention, Drifting Models). Perhaps also writing custom CUDA kernels. 3. Economics of inference scaling :) What will be the compute demands as we scale inference up to millions of humanoids? Will it run on edge or on distributed 'co-located' inference clusters? These are questions I'd like to answer. Finally my SuiPlay unboxing Video. It actually came in while I was still at the office. I couldn’t wait till I get home 😂 to unbox it. I loved the whole experience. The Suiplay console came along with - 65W PD quick Charger - Type-C long cord - 3 different plugin adapter mouth On the body of the console, it has 2 type-C charging ports( up and down), and one dedicated data transfer port. Also has memory card slot below it. For the games I want to try out first I’m already downloading XOCIETY game from Epic store, which is about 6.0GB as there as still campaign going that involves $OX tokens. Also gonna try out eFootball game. Downloading from Steam store(49.4GB) I think PLAYTRON did a great job with the GameOS support and the console system. It’s fast, and displays are HD-4K views.
