Nomy lost her mother when she was just 11 years old. Her mum was a single mum and the only parent that she knew. Experiencing grief at such a young age is not something that is easy to navigate, in fact you never fully heal from it. This is why she keeps to herself because she has had to navigate this world on her own. She has had disagreements with housemates and she has never insulted anyone so passionately. Saying anything about her mum is a trigger and calling her a motherless hoe is definitely something that she wouldn’t take lightly. Using the fact that someone has lost a parent as an insult is extremely painful. No one would react positively to that. All she wishes for is to see her mum again and coming at her because of her mum’s death is a big trigger. Watched the stoma storyline on Coronation Street … my first thoughts were… 1. Why is Beth chatting away in bed like she’s just got a tummy bug? I couldn’t form a sentence for days after my op due to being off my head on pain meds. 2. She doesn’t look in any discomfort at all, when we all know that she would not be just sitting up like that. 3. Where is the drainage bag? Or any medical equipment at all!? Very odd.

Howard Hawks on working with Marilyn Monroe: "Marilyn Monroe was the most frightened little girl who had no confidence in her ability. She was afraid to come on the screen. Very strange girl. And yet she had this strange effect when she was photographed. Nobody dated her, nobody took her out, nobody paid any attention to her. She’d sit on the set with practically nothing on, and a pretty extra girl would walk by and everybody’d whistle. But she got out in front of the camera, and the camera liked her, and all of a sudden she was a great sex symbol. Fortunately, I had her in a couple of the first pictures that she did 'Monkey Business' (1952) and 'Gentlemen Prefer Blondes' (1953), when she wasn’t worried. And also I had Jane Russell’s help in making 'Gentlemen Prefer Blondes'. We had a lot of fun doing the picture, but there were a lot of times when I was ready to give up the ghost. Jane Russell would say, “Look at me—all he wants you to do is such-and-such a thing.” And Marilyn would say to her, “Why didn’t you tell me?” But I had an easy time compared to some of the directors who worked with her afterward. Because after she got very important she became more and more frightened, and she just didn’t want to come out and do a scene. She didn’t think she was good enough to do the things that she did. She was always better in fantastic material, wasn’t she? Like in 'Gentlemen Prefer Blondes'? There wasn’t a real thing about her. Everything was completely unreal. They tried to make her play real parts in a couple of pictures, and the pictures were disasters. 'Gentlemen Prefer Blondes' was the first one where she really went good, and then they had no sense to stick with that." At that time, I had to do a traditional Thai dancer look for her, which was such a big transformation because before that I had done her makeup as #LISA from BP. I was really happy that she chose me, trusted me, and relied on me to do her makeup. Q: Can you share a memorable moment with Lisa? Jib: She’s the kind of person that, after spending some time with her, you almost forget she’s Lisa from BP. She’s so sweet like just her walking into the room makes the world feel brighter. Her smile, her voice, everything. And it’s not just me who feels that way whenever she walks onto the set, everyone there lights up too. She has such positive energy it’s fun to be around her. We’d finish work and then she’d be like, “Shall we go eat this or that?” It felt like living life together for a while. She’s super down-to-earth. For me, it felt like I was doing makeup for this adorable, stunning, and genuinely kind women. She always cares about people around her, like asking, “Do you want to eat this? Do you want that? Dee Lockett took the mat at 165 in a very highly rated match against Bianci of Little Rock, who came in ranked #5. Lockett had the right leg of Bianchi for a good while on the edge of the mat off a double, got control, and got his takedown. Bianchi escaped, then Lockett hit another takedown on a move that I have no idea what it was. Can anyone help with that move? It was 6-1, Lockett had over 30 seconds of riding time, and the goal was to finish the period on top. And, he did it to take a 6-1 lead to the 2nd with 55 seconds of riding time. That was a pretty awesome job, because Bianchi was VERY active on bottom. Neither wrestler scored in the 2nd period, so the score was 6-2 moving to the 3rd, Lockett on bottom. When I first played Dispatch after EP 1 I was pretty sure BB was the one id be romancing then Ep2 came along and Visi showed up she was so funny but I was still sure it would be BB. Then Ep 3 happened man that's when there was a shift when I saw her face after taking down the villain and everyone celebrating her and her being so shocked by it all having a family and her looking at her score then thanking Robert I was like I began to really feel there was something there. Then EP4 happened and it was set in stone when I was given the choice of going on my date with BB or going to the movies with Visi what shocked me my hand moved on its own and i picked the movie something about seeing her all alone really bothered me. Then that subtle look she gave Robert settled that for me and i NEVER LOOKED BACK! I remember GOING THAT GIRLS IN LOVE!
