I hate to say this but the end result of this recipe doesn’t make sense to me. I’ve seen something like this, probably 2+ years ago when I was using all my free time at the gym for weight lifting. One of my trainers helping me increase the size of my arms, chest and shoulders suggested a protein heavy, minimal time/effort prep, egg sandwich recipe like this, but my roommate at the time was also a heavy weight lifter so it made sense. I guarantee tho, unless you are making this for muscle-head, jocks - nobody else is gonna be interested in eating it.

Very poor execution, eggs should have been scrambled, seasoned with heavy cream or cottage cheese…baked and cheese topping added at the end for a nice melt.

I tried something like this a few years ago.... I just ended up with undercooked eggs and burned bread.
