Тільки за сьогоднішній день уже вдруге через загрозу російської балістики в більшості областей та в Києві лунала повітряна тривога. Протягом дня – нові удари бомб і ракет проти Сумщини та Донеччини. За цю добу росіяни вже застосували проти України 55 ударних дронів, більшість – «шахеди». Були цілеспрямовані удари по Дніпру і Харкову, по громадах Сумської та Донецької областей. Пошкоджені звичайні будинки, цивільна інфраструктура: магазини, амбулаторія, газопровід. На жаль, значна кількість постраждалих. Одинадцять людей були доставлені в лікарні в Дніпрі та Харкові. На Донеччині, у Краматорську, від російського удару отримала поранення дитина – дівчинка, 11 років їй. У селищі Білий Колодязь Харківської області росіяни ударили скидом FPV-дрона по будівлі селищної ради прямо під час видачі гуманітарки. Усім надається необхідна допомога. Дякую нашим медикам, екстреним та комунальним службам, поліцейським, ДСНС України. Тільки в єдності можна захищати життя від такого постійного російського терору. І саме тому ми потребуємо підтримки партнерів, щоб врятувати якомога більше людей від постійних російських ударів. Війна не стихає від розмов і заяв. У Москві ігнорують будь-яку дипломатію, бо вважають, що можуть собі це дозволити. Збільшення тиску на Росію потрібне, щоб удари припинились. І це залежить від рішень Сполучених Штатів, Європи, усіх партнерів у світі, які дійсно прагнуть зупинити війну.

Once again, there was a targeted attack specifically on energy facilities – the Russians used a significant number of ballistic missiles in combination with other missiles, more than 70 missiles in total, as well as 450 attack drones. The strikes hit Sumy and Kharkiv regions, Kyiv region and the capital, as well as Dnipro, Odesa, and Vinnytsia regions. As of now, nine people have been reported injured as a result of the attack. There is damage to ordinary residential buildings and energy infrastructure. In Kyiv, drone strikes caused fires in high-rises and damaged a kindergarten. All necessary services have been deployed wherever possible. Taking advantage of the coldest days of winter to terrorize people is more important to Russia than turning to diplomacy. Work is continuing nonstop in the village of Myla in the Kyiv region to address the aftermath of the Russian strike. First responders have managed to extinguish most of the fires. Explosive ordnance disposal units of the State Emergency Service are also working at the site around the clock, detecting and neutralizing explosive hazards. The scale of contamination in the area is significant, and this work will continue for as long as necessary. Tragically, 38 people have been reported killed by the strike and the subsequent detonation. My condolences to their families and loved ones. Twenty people were injured, including two children. Four people are reported missing. The search for them continues. I am grateful to all the services that remain there with our people and continue to help. These days, there have also been many air raid alerts in Kyiv and other regions because of Russian jet-powered drones. Unfortunately, some of them have struck ordinary residential buildings and civilian infrastructure. Providing greater protection against this Russian terror is a priority. A significant number were shot down by our air defenders. Dnipro, Sumy, Cherkasy, and other regions came under Russian attack. In total, 70 missiles and 611 drones were used against Ukraine. As of now, 28 people have been reported injured and four killed in the capital. My condolences to all their families and loved ones. A Russian strike on the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra set the Dormition Cathedral on fire – a church whose history dates back to the 11th century. And this is one of Russia’s most serious crimes against Christian culture to date. The State Emergency Service has already extinguished the fire on the cathedral’s roof. In Kharkiv, the Russians carried out a repeat strike against our rescuers as they were putting out a fire at the site of an earlier strike on an industrial facility. So far, tragically, five people have been confirmed killed. My condolences to all their families and loved ones. Nine people have been injured. In Dnipro, Russia struck the grounds of a railway station, a college, and several enterprises. Other cities and communities were targeted as well. In Kharkiv, rubble is being cleared after a strike on apartment buildings. 27 people were injured, including three children. The youngest, a girl, is just three years old. Three people have been hospitalized. Unfortunately, there was one fatality in Odesa. My condolences to the family and loved ones. The Russians launched 101 drones against Ukraine, most of them Russian-Iranian “shaheds”. Many regions were affected, and air raid sirens are blaring again across many regions this morning due to attack drones. In total, over the past week, there were around 1,270 drones, 39 missiles, and nearly a thousand guided bombs. We are strongly counting on our partners to fully deliver on what we have agreed. Air defense remains the top priority for protecting lives. We are also actively advancing agreements on investing in our domestic weapons production, including all types of drones. Special focus is on interceptor drones. We are contracting at full capacity. I thank all partners who are helping.
