I wont be surprised if they actually built a machine that peels the banana and cuts it into equal sizes that exactly fits in those plastic boxes. And any banana that doesn't fit in the box are rejected.

I think you should have walked down to the store and buy some bananas yourself. I don't know how it is in the US, but it seems a bit foreign to order bananas. For me...walking to a thela(ठेला) and buying bananas is the only proper way to do it.

Can’t imagine people actually cut the fruits and put it in plastic containers and turn a simple,healthy food into something which may now contain micro plastics, generate non biodegradable waste and become toxic for consumption and the environment… story of us humans!
