The Mayor is just making excuse after excuse. She is ignoring the cuts she made to the fire departments funds, the fact they have not built a new reservoir in 10+ years, pump their water into the ocean, and do not practice basic forest management best practices. Shameful!!!

After the video I saw yesterday, where she stared into space when asked any question, I'm amazed she can speak at all.
