🚨 "Kaspa vProgs basically out engineered Internet Computer" Sharing this clip from a developer who went from Bitcoin to Ethereum to Cardano to ICP in search of real innovation and finally ended up at Kaspa. His own words say it all. 👇 “In hindsight Kaspa vProgs made the feature... show more

Read this great summary of the journey of this dev:

If you’re really using this brothers clips to boost $KAS, you’re fudding you’re own bags. He’s literally a meme here at $ICP.

So basically the line is “it’s okay to have centralized and off-chain apps and use Web2 cloud to do all the work as long as you pick KAS to access it all.” Yeah… totally out-engineered ICP. Great argument bro.

What will you do when Kaspa doesn't give him a grant like $ICP didn't and he moves on? Also Kaspa is were ICP was in 2021. The onchain model of what ICP has done can't be duplicated easily thus why Kaspa has a work around, don't get it twisted ICP has no competition and Kaspa will never be competition. Kaspa’s own “vProgs” model literally exists because they can’t do what ICP does on-chain so they had to create a workaround to avoid doing computation on-chain. That’s not innovation. That’s a limitation. You can respect Kaspa for what it claims to be, a future-focused digital cash layer, but don’t twist the narrative: ICP and Kaspa are not competitors. ICP operates in a completely different tier. Kaspa is solving payments. ICP is solving the decentralized internet.

Welcome to the Kaspa family!! $KAS

Thanks mate, been here already for some time. Cheers, Bock ;)

We shouldn't even be comparing $Kaspa to $icp 🤣

Ah, yes. Heed the advice of the disgruntled quasi software developer who failed to secure a grant from Dfinity because he couldn't develop his way out of a paper bag. Yes, the same guy who also has 10,000 ICP tokens locked up for 8 years. Kas baggies never change.

I read: hard working guy who develops software and tried to get a grant for it, good move. I also read: conviction in a project by locking up tokens for a long period, love to have such a guy in the Kaspa community. Can you make a rational comment against any of the arguments this dev makes in his video about the tech? Did you read the vProgs yellow paper?

@peepeeonicp Please. Please. Please. Dont get me started. Lmao. I can easily make arguments. Dont challenge.

@WellerOlaf @peepeeonicp Waiting for one.

@WellerOlaf @peepeeonicp I still like $KAS though. 😉. But you're a clown if you FUD ICP while still simping/using centralized solutions that are more centralized than ICP. They're not comparable by a long shot.

Hey Custard, thanks for taking the time to bring such well-thought-out arguments. It really pushes me to deepen my understanding of vProgs so I can respond properly. I’ll need a bit of time to look into it, so thanks for your patience. In the meantime, maybe some other Kaspians want to jump in already.

🤣 😂 u can claim him it’s okay. 👍

Looks genuine feedback from developer #kaspa is endgame

This guy got pissed when he didnt get a grant and then got even more pissed when he found out that any non developer could create his app and deploy it onto icp with no coding experience. Ever since then he's had a vendetta for ICP.

James has finally found a home thank god

More on that you can find in the recording of our last meetup where @michaelsuttonil , co founder of @kaspaunchained explained vProgs-

@michaelsuttonil @kaspaunchained Can you please use to improve the audio? It is cheap and fast and helps to reach more people. Also making short clips helps.

Thanks for this sharing brother, The expression on his face about $KAS vProgs says it all.

$ICP and $KAS aren’t competitors in my eyes but I get it’s nice to use the words of a deluded convert to help your own agenda so I have nothing against that! My concern is why you think compute can be centralised? How is that web3? I’ve known Kaspa to be a unique innovation that has never been seen before and true web3 / decentralization. So why go against those principles for compute with vProgs? Because the foundations of the blockchain mean it can’t be done in an on chain way? I’ll read the paper because it sounds interesting but I really think we’re comparing apples to oranges here!

That’s why $KAS

I can tell you had to choose between stacking more kaspa vs a better mic You made the right choice bro 🔥🧅

😆

The strongest trait these days is realizing your own mistakes and acknowledging them publicly. Hats off to that man!

Thats $KAS Bullish!

Lol

ICP already validates external computation through chain-key crypto and secure enclaves, everything vProgs promise, ICP delivers today.

@Kaspa_HypeMan The only problem is when will they be ready to go.

Good one

Notice how he looked away from the camera at 0:09 to 0:11 mark when he tried to hype up Kaspa as being better than ICP. That the "I don't believe my own BS" look. I'm willing to bet he's gonna ask Kaspa community to fund him if he hasn't already.

$KAS Nothing comes and will come close.

@Kaspa_HypeMan And we all agree that Cardano is practically useless right?

🎯

Kaspa! Lets go!

@smurfman intresting

@cryptotowelie_ kaspa:native ☝️🫡

@thekaspaonion This guy, James you are referencing also claimed that WW3 is a certainty 😂

bahahahaha 😂😂
