The clip you're referring to is from Australia's Channel 10 comedy show, The Cheap Seats, which is known for taking humorous jabs at world leaders and major news events - not just PM Modi. They didn't even spare President Xi Jinping of China - for whom, your LoP seems to work 24x7. Are you going to make fun of him too?
