When I say “beans and rice, rice and beans,” I don’t actually mean only eat rice and beans. What it represents is so much more than a low grocery bill. It’s about short-term sacrifice for the long-term win. You can do anything for a few months, even a few years to set yourself up for a lifetime of success. You have to live on less than you make in order to pay off debt, in order to save and invest, in order to be generous. You can’t spend more than you make and end up anywhere except bankruptcy court. And people are doing it every day, everywhere. The stuff I talk about is not hard to understand. It’s very hard to actually go and do it. You’ve got to decide you’re going to DO it. Day in and day out, you’ve drawn a line in the sand, and you are NOT going back. No more excuses. You’re taking control of your actions and your life. You’re ready to make your money work for YOU, not the other way around. Are you ready to change your life?

To all of the people JUST learning about the HORRIFIC stuff that's been done to children for sick thrills, political, monetary and leverage gain, come in and grab a chair. My advice to you, would be to find your nearest conspiracy theorist and have a discussion, or two, or three, depending on what you can actually handle because, it is DEEP, DARK and VERY SICK. Let me further educate you before your journey. Trump IS NOT one of these people. He is the "outsider" that started the ball rolling on this in the early 2000's. It doesn't matter what the media, your followers, or peer pressure is making you think. They are driving a narrative because the "outsider", the guy not allowed in the club anymore, KNOWS THEIR SECRETS. They want him gone, so business can continue as normal. This spans from your local cities, to your states, to the federal government, to other countries, all the way up to the people you now call the elites, the 1%. The World Banks, The WEF, The W.H.O., the U.N. It's how it's all been run, for at minimum, decades. It's done for control and power. I will say trust some of those people you have called crazy conspiracy theorists about this stuff for years and years. So much more of what they say is true, rather than not. Be honest. What would you do if your neighbor came over and said this to you about your dog? She claims your dog jumped the fence and ate all of her groceries that she left outside. I’m not buying this. It is a pitch/scam. Dogs eat food that’s sitting out. That’s not news. What’s news is a grown woman leaving raw meat in the yard and then treating the neighbor like an ATM. I’ve raised boys. I’ve had dogs. I’ve lived next to people. Real neighbors knock and say “your dog’s in my yard, come get him.” Hustlers knock and start itemizing a grocery receipt they never show you. If that dog really hopped the fence, the owner still needs to lock her yard down. That’s not in dispute. But I’m not writing a sympathy check off a story that starts with “I don’t have a refrigerator” and ends with “give me my money.” Show the bags. Show the wrappers. Show the receipt. Show the dog still sitting in the backyard with steak juice on his muzzle. Until then, this looks less like a hungry dog and more like a hungry story. Pay for a fridge.

There is a word in Urdu: Andaaz. Let's start with what it is not. It's not merely being stylish. Not poise, not composure, not a certain panache, though it wears all of these lightly. And really, it's not about display at all. Andaaz is not what you show the world, it's what you refuse to show it. German may have a close parallel to it, but not exactly: Haltung, how you stand and the stand you take, both at once. But Urdu already holds it, surrounded by its own family of words. Wazadari, the constancy of keeping to your own form. Saleeqa, the grace of doing a thing properly. Tehzeeb, tameez, adab. And I don't even mean it in the traditional sense. Andaaz can be formal, casual, irreverent, rebellious and so much more. But the fundamental argument still stays the same. And why refusal? Because we decline to display precisely because we know we are flawed. Andaaz begins in an admission of your own flaws, your own ordinary humanity. You've measured yourself, failures and all, and made your peace with it. That peace is the choice. The self you present is edited, not out of vanity but out of taste. You show what you can stand behind, and you're humble enough to know how much of you is not worth displaying. This is why self worth and humility are not really opposites. They are the same thing. When you are sure of your worth, admitting a flaw costs you nothing, because your worth was never about looking perfect for anyone. And that is where all the refusing comes from. You leave things unsaid. You keep hidden whatever isn't good enough to be a part of you. You let the cheap laugh pass. Humor is the cleanest test. You know a certain reply will land. You know this quip will get you the whole room, and you let it go. Not just because it's beneath you, but because the cheap laugh almost always works by holding up someone's flaw for applause, and a person who has seen his own flaws will not attack the flaws of others. No. You draw the line. That refusal isn't the whole of Andaaz, but it's a great example of it. So this is what it comes to. Andaaz is self worth in its truest sense. The self that will not be cheapened, not for a laugh, not to be seen, because it has already made its peace with being flawed and mortal, and it doesn't need anyone's permission. India has never been short of it. Nehru and Gandhi. Ambedkar. Sarojini Naidu and Vijaya Lakshmi Pandit. Tagore and Amrita Pritam, Ismat Chughtai, Begum Akhtar. Indira Gandhi and Jayalalithaa. Dilip Kumar and Madhubala, Amitabh, Shahrukh. Gavaskar. Homi Bhabha and Vikram Sarabhai. The list can run into the thousands, men and women, every field, and each of them, for me, a perfect example of Andaaz. Andaaz for me has always been an artistic statement. Because deep down, each one of them was an artist. Original and creative. Which brings me to the clip attached here. It is the antonym of Andaaz. These are people who merely exist, and who can't bear to merely exist, so desperate to be seen that they'll make fools of themselves for the seeing. And they can't decline to display, because they have never admitted a single flaw. Being seen is the whole of the self, and one crack would end them. There's no line they won't cross, because they never drew one. There's no applause too cheap to chase. That's the poverty underneath the noise. Poverty is not lack of money, for me, poverty is lack of Andaaz. As my father used to say: "Ghareeb ho, lekin lagna zaroori nahin hai." It's the aesthetic of a whole politics, Sanghism as we know it, which has never understood the one thing Andaaz is built on. To be seen is not the same as to be worth seeing. Now as I finish, I am thankful to this crass video clip. I would have never written this piece otherwise.

This is absolute shame Some Congress leaders had time to tweet for NDTV to wish them on their new journey But they could not do a single post for Rahul Gandhi on Instagram and Twitter when he is actually fighting battle of the decade Can you imagine the incompetence, 67% leaders made ZERO posts about Chhatro Ki Goonj on social media Rahul Gandhi is not weak, he will never bow down even if he gets a battle to fight alone but it is disheartening to see he is surrounded with leaders who are lazy in this fight. Not necessarily that they aren't loyal to the party, but accountability must be fixed about this issue

I’ve dreamt of playing festivals since I was a kid . Thank you to everyone from all around for world for coming out to see us play this year , when you are so spoiled for choice at the these things. Live music is the best thing in the world and the festivals made me even more excited for tour next year. We are currently putting ‘The Show’ together and I can’t wait for you to see what I have ready for ya.

If you talk to a Tesla fan all you need to say is “triangle” and we know exactly which vehicle you are talking about. At the Tesla Oasis, which is in the middle of nowhere in California north of Los Angeles, the solar panels are at the same angle. Why I notice these things? I have hung out with brand designers and storytellers at the highest level. Oakley treats its designers as better than everyone else. It has special equipment that deposits a layer a few atoms thick as glass and plastic. That is how it gets to reflect light in such a colorful way. If you see them you know they are Oakleys. Can’t wait for a pair to come out from some tech company that basically say to everyone “yes I am wearing a camera.” Whoever turns that negative into a club will have a huge moat. Like Harley Davidson turned its negative image into a brand that the Governor of Texas once talked to my partner about for more than an hour both with very fond tones. My friend says Cybertruck is a failure. I say that will be a very popular vehicle on Robotaxi. Just watch. Once you are inside for a ride you will understand. As for the glasses, Zuckerberg had plans long ago to have us play games with our friends in the street. That kind of club.

First of all you strap to bench “106kg” which I don’t even need for 140kg, so from the look of things we can tell who the “lil boy” is Second, there is no aspect of fitness you are better than me at, Be it lifting, running, calisthenics, and educating etc You lot seem to have this weird mentality that sh*tting on people’s work and mocking their form makes you look like the better and smarter one, all for what? getting clients?, you do fitness to fill your pockets(that’s if you have people dumb enough to trust you as a trainer with your chaotic training methods) , I do fitness to shine light on the industry and create opportunities for people who want to enter the industry(I have videos to back my claim) You are not worth the back and forth “PAUL BLISS” cos clearly if it wasn’t for me no one would have paused to see who that is, buh I just had to use this opportunity to make somethings clear, if you want to be a fitness influencer face your front and do your work, and if you must, correct people in a respectful way and not try to make them look stupid.
