Personalized email drips The drip email users get when they sign up to new software is generic. Ryan has Claude customize them to each user. 2. Automated marketing insights A cron job analyzes key marketing data (GA4, etc) and tells him what to improve. 3. The best time management advice I’ve ever followed: Be easy to find, hard to reach... Each day the average person gets: • 41 texts • 100 emails • 5 calls If responding to each takes an average of 3 minutes... That's 7 hours a day. The harsh truth: There's not time to respond. It's overwhelming, unless you own it. 3 steps to become Easy to Find, Hard to Reach: 1) If you get asked a question more than 3 times & it has more than 3 steps... • write a blog post on it • a twitter thread • create a product • hell, make a book My best work is not me answering emails & setting meetings. It’s the courses I spend months creating & update constantly. 2) When someone wants your time, tell them, "Oh ya, here's something I wrote on that! Check it out and lmk what q's you have after that?" Only 1 in 10 people will follow up. They want you to do the work for them. 3) When people DO follow up, use those moments to create deeper, bigger content on the subject. Until you have so much that it's literally more valuable to read it all than to "pick your brain." Respecting your time is scary, then amazing. You either protect your time, or give it all away. Now the researcher and traveler saying that system can't do anything to that IIT professor. According to him, when you try to catch 1 corrupt, 50 corrupts come forward to defend them. He says he has been fighting this battle since 2023 and continued till 2024. He sent multiple emails and complaints to ministries and the institute. But nothing changed. He also said that if the government and the public are concerned, they will take action themselves. Currently he is working on 1 or 2 projects abroad.

Every time I deployed an MVP on Railway or Render free trials, sending emails with Nodemailer, smtplib, net/smtp, etc. failed because outbound SMTP ports (25, 465, 587) are strictly blocked. Plus, services like Resend force you to buy and setup a custom domain first.
