I do not love speed turns but the truth of the matter is that they happen. Good drill to make them sharp. Emphasis on keeping your feet tight in your circle and finding the target with your eyes ASAP out of the turn

Peter Laake "shoots the elbow" when trailing from X to get bottom arm leverage and disrupt the dodger's ability to shoot. If you're a pole in the trail: ❌ Don't reach or slap ✅ Shoot the elbow & control the bottom arm This allows us to cover even as dodgers get a step.

The volume of the muscles doesn't usually change much. Only the distribution of the mass. When the biceps contract, they don't bulge near the elbow. Save this for later, or - even better - suggest a great anatomy tip that has helped you and I'l credit and @ you when I post an animation of it later.
