Keeping that sharp elbow when the arm bends. Rigging Tip: don't oversmooth your weight paint, joints shouldn't turn into round blobs. Study reference videos to see where anatomy (like elbows and knees) is sharp during a bend. Don't rely on helper bones as bandaid. #b3d #vrchat

Scientific research revealed that almost all bowling actions contained some degree of straightening at the elbow (referred to in these Illegal Bowling Regulations as “Elbow Extension”). In theory, therefore, the vast majority of bowlers, with actions considered by umpires to be legal under the Laws of Cricket, were contravening Law 24(3) each time they delivered the ball. It was also demonstrated in studies by human movement specialists that such Elbow Extension in a bowling action became noticeable to the naked eye – and started to look like a throw – when it exceeded 15 degrees. In order to ensure that the intention behind Law 24(2) was upheld and that the distinction between bowling and throwing the ball remained, the ICC has introduced regulations stipulating a maximum degree of permitted Elbow Extension in a bowling action. As with other regulations and Playing Conditions issued by the ICC, these Illegal Bowling Regulations modify the Laws of Cricket as applied to cricket played under the ICC’s jurisdiction. An Illegal Bowling Action is defined in these Illegal Bowling Regulations as a bowling action where a bowler’s Elbow Extension exceeds 15 degrees, measured from the point at which the bowling arm reaches the horizontal until the point at which the ball is released (any Elbow Hyperextension shall be discounted for the purposes of determining an Illegal Bowling Action). According to the Suspect Bowling Action procedure, delivering the ball without elbow extension is acceptable. Key Factors Elbow Flexion Angle (Degrees) - Upper arm horizontal ( Max - Min ) - Ball Release - Elbow Extension Note :- 4.1.2 in the event of a Player being reported during a Match in a Major ICC Event, the Independent Assessment shall be carried out on an expedited basis. Accordingly, unless exceptional circumstances exist, the Independent Assessment shall be carried out within a period of 72 hours from the time of the ICC’s receipt of the Match Officials’ Report;

I am unsure if the Raj Shamani team did a background check (before or after) on the podcast as per the claim of Prashant Desai - Go check my LinkedIn Post - But my team did. Here's what we found. (if you are emotionally attached to ghee, stop reading right away) Here's what Prashant's LinkedIn post says: "Ghee is lipolytic, increases lipids in the blood & hence reduces cholesterol. Ghee contains Short Chain Fatty Acids (best fats), CLA and fat-soluble vitamins like A, E & D, best for your heart health. Ghee also keeps cancer at bay and your blood pressure on the down low." But if he had actually studied the studies, he would have known that ghee doesn't decrease cholesterol; in fact, it increases it. There is a reason why Actual doctors ask you to consume ghee in moderation. Here is the HUMAN study: That clearly states: "This study showed that ghee that is predominantly saturated fats had an increasing effect on plasma apo B and non-HDL-cholesterol compared with olive oil, adding further evidence to the existing recommendations to replace dietary fats high in SFA with dietary fats high in unsaturated fats to reduce CVD risk." In the video, Prashant says he eats 15 spoons of ghee daily, maybe good for him. But if you are reading this, please don't make this mistake. Consume ghee in moderation, like on chapati or in rice/dal, for taste and flavour. And don't consume it like how your dada nana used to; you are sitting in an AC cabin working on a chair 12 hours a day, taking cigarette breaks often and drinking alcohol on weekends. And Don't hate me. I am just a messenger. And stop getting emotionally attached to a food item. Keep your health on priority, not your ego.

MR. POOL WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS INSIDE YOUR BODY WHEN YOU LIE ON A MEDBED MAT? You don't feel it happening. But at a microscopic level, a massive biological shift is taking place. When you lie down on the MedBed Home Therapy Mat, three specific frequencies penetrate your skin, bypass your bones, and enter your cells. Here is exactly what happens in the next 20 minutes: MINUTE 1-5: THE MITOCHONDRIA REBOOT The 660nm Red Light hits the mitochondria (the engine of your cells). If your cells are damaged or aging, they are struggling to produce energy. The red light forces them to instantly produce ATP (pure cellular energy). Your cells wake up. MINUTE 5-10: THE INFLAMMATION PURGE The 850nm Near-Infrared light goes deeper. It penetrates up to 8mm into your tissue, reaching muscles, joints, and organs. It triggers the release of nitric oxide, which dilates your blood vessels. Blood flow surges. Deep-tissue inflammation is flushed out. MINUTE 10-20: THE VOLTAGE SPIKE The PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) activates. Healthy cells operate at 70mV. Sick, inflamed cells operate at 20mV. The PEMF recharges the electrical membrane of every cell in your body, spiking the voltage back to 70mV. At 70mV, your body stops surviving and starts regenerating. You don't swallow a pill. You don't inject a chemical. You just give your body the exact frequencies it needs to repair itself. Day 1: Sleep architecture deepens. Day 7: Joint stiffness and brain fog begin to clear. Day 14: Cellular regeneration is in full effect. Your body is a self-healing machine. It just lost its power source. Plug it back in. 📷📷📷 📷
