A NY state judge ruled Luigi's backpack is out because it was searched when it was out of Luigi's reach at the McDonalds. The gun Luigi made comes in, thankfully due to it being found as a part of an inventory search. Suppressed: *Loaded gun magazine *Cellphone *Passport *Wallet *Computer chip Admitted: *The 3D-printed pistol *His notebook/manifesto. To be clear, a federal judge allowed all the above evidence In, the state judge didn't. The state should just let the federal authorities office handle the case. It is a waste of money to try Luigi at both the state and federal level. Quite frankly the state is involved in a p_____g match with the feds and it is the txa payers footing the bill. If the federal authorities aren't successful, I understand, but this case is squarely in federal venue. Luigi crossed state lines to commit the murder that is on video. #Luigi

As a former January 6th Political Prisoner I am willing to forgo any money from the weaponization fund in exchange for 8 things. 1. Abolish the Federal Reserve & return to the gold standard. 2. Repeal the 16th Amendment & abolish the federal income tax. 3. Repeal the 17th Amendment & go back to allowing our state legislators to choose our US Senators. 4. Abolish every single three letter agency at the federal level and return that power back to the states where it belongs. 5. End birthright citizenship, build the wall, & conduct mass deportations returning this country back to American citizens. 6. Abolish every single gun law in existence. None of them are Constitutional. 7. Term limits for Congress. 8. Secure our elections by passing the Save Act then move to paper ballots counted by hand at the precinct level on Election Day. Our elections are a matter of national security and should be treated as such. Basically, I’m willing to forgo any money for the opportunity to live as free in this country as my great granddaddy did before 1913. Sadly, I will be applying for compensation cause they would never return the power back to we the people.

The Second Amendment is quintessential to the American story. There isn’t a United States without arms, there isn’t an end to the Civil War without arms. There isn’t any meaningful resistance to the horrors of the Jim Crow era without Southern Blacks being armed against tyrannical local and state governments, despite anti-2A laws to disarm them. The irony is some of those same laws have been cited today by states such as Hawaii and North Carolina to justify firearm restrictions. Some of the most consequential moments in American history have involved firearms in some capacity. It’s a rich part of our history that shouldn’t be infringed. Despite the statistical fact that law-abiding gun owners rarely ever commit firearms related offenses, despite the fact that Americans of all backgrounds enjoy the freedoms guaranteed by the Second Amendment for a multitude of purposes, anti-Second Amendment political leaders like the governor in my state of Virginia continue restricting the rights of Virginians under the guise of public safety. If the governor and her Democratic majority truly want to address public safety, they should focus on improving the education in underserved areas, focus on expanding economic opportunities that put men to work, providing a mentorship pipeline for young men, and incentivizing stronger family units. All of those efforts would produce far better outcomes in reducing crime than violating the rights of law-abiding gun owners. So we’ll continue to enjoy this right on the range, at shooting competitions, while hunting as we challenge the state in court for its obvious violation of the second amendment. The following groups need the support of gun owners as lawsuits are extremely costly: SAF, NRA, Gun Owners of America, National Association for Gun Rights,vcdl.org, Firearms Policy Coalition, NSSF—The Firearm Industry Trade Association

I was born in California. It used to be the greatest state in the union. Today it's arguably one of the worst, and the sanctuary state laws are a big reason why. Sacramento decided it gets to pick and choose which laws to follow. The rest of us live with the consequences. El Cajon is done waiting. We're suing the state on Supremacy Clause grounds, taking it straight at the heart: federal law beats state law. Our police officers go to work every day forced to break either federal law or state law. That's not a choice any cop in America should have to make.

Dating back to the late 1800s as GUS KOEHLER LOCKSMITH & GUNSMITH, and later becoming Billy Anderson Gunsmiths in 1928, this business has stood the test of time. Even after the devastating Ohio River flood of 1933, they rebuilt and continued to produce custom firearms, restore historic pieces, and preserve an important part of American history for collectors and museums across the country. The Second Amendment is not negotiable.
