About 10 minutes ago, two people, a man and a woman, showed up at my house. They knocked for several minutes. At first, I didn’t answer, hoping they would eventually leave. Instead, they kept knocking louder and louder. Because I know my life is in danger and I’m home alone right now, I decided not to even go near the door or look through the peephole. My husband has always told me not to do that. He said if someone came to kill me, they could shoot me through the door if they knew I was standing there. Michigan won the title last night because of its defense. That's no surprise. But I'm becoming increasingly convicted through coaching against it and watching it that if you have the personnel, switching 1–4 with your 5 in drop is one of the best defensive systems you can run. It kills actions early and forces offenses out of their flow. Most teams end up defaulting to isolation or mismatch hunting, which slows everything down and plays right into the defense’s hands. And when you pair that with a legit rim-protecting 5, even the cracks that do show up aren’t clean, because there’s still size waiting at the rim. At every level, teams think they can handle switching, but most don’t have real answers once they’re forced to play outside of what they practice. Another reason why it's so important to practice against every coverage and empower your players to continue to find solutions against it! Most problems I've seen at the HS level and even some college level has been against SWITCHING defenses that are aggressive!

This is my initial reaction to hearing my friend Roger Stone tell the world on ABC Radio that the FBI may actually indeed be investigating Charles McGonigal for espionage. So I’m sitting here chained to my laptop working all day when I got a text from someone telling me that Roger Stone was talking about me on his radio show. I didn’t know about that untill right now so he sent me the link and this is my first reaction: OVERWHELMED WITH JOY!!! Everything I ever said that I believe I witnessed when I was dating Charlie in social media posts may actually now lead to a REAL espionage investigation and hopefully Charlie will get rhe life sentence rhah he deserves. I believe I witnessed Charles McGonigal committing espionage and other unprosecuted financial crimes. I do believe that the Biden Justice department allowed the FBI and assisted them and DOJ covering up those crimes. And maybe everybody else who was never charged during the first time I tried so hard to turn Charlie in well now finally receive justice. It was never my job to neutralize threats coming from within the government. It’s the FBI’s job to neutralize those threats. It’s Congress’s job to investigate those threats and hold hearings about insider threats within the government. And it was always the Department of Justice’s job to protect us from evil and corrupt individuals like CHARLES McGonigal and all of his friends who sold our secrets and risk our national security apparatus. They did not do their jobs. When did it become my job? Answer: It became my job the day i was lucky enough to born and an American. I documented everything I discovered when I realized thay Charlie was accepting bribes because I am a loyal American. Yes I did indeed invoke my formal Whistleblower Declaration to the United States Government. I wonder if anyone else in the media is going to pick this up? And I can’t believe Roger didn’t even mention that he was going to open the show with this last night about me and Charles McGonigal! I am overjoyed. I convinced my entire family, relatives, friends, and everyone I know to vote for Modi and the BJP in 2024. I truly believed they were the ultimate nationalists ~ putting the nation above everything else, that no one was more patriotic than them. What a fool I was. I feel ashamed and disgusted with myself for falling for it. They proved me dead wrong.. The harsh reality? This government only cares about SC, ST, and OBC vote banks. General category people ~the so-called “forward castes” ~are nothing but disposable tools to them. They don’t give a damn about merit, fairness, or the future of our children. All they crave is raw power, seats, and staying in control at any cost. They will happily sacrifice the dreams and opportunities of millions of hardworking, tax-paying general category families to keep their coalition of castes happy. Enough is enough. I swear on everything I hold : In 2029, I will make damn sure no one in my family, no relative, no friend, no acquaintance wastes even a single vote on Modi or the BJP again. Then whom to vote? What’s the solution? Instead, we must back independent candidates who fight tooth and nail for merit first, nation first. Candidates who refuse to play the endless Dalit-Dalit card, who don’t obsess over caste quotas day and night while ignoring the silent massacre of general category opportunities in education, jobs, and promotions. Look at examples like Pappu Yadav and Chandrashekhar Azad ~ they won as independents in 2024 . If such worthless people can win, then in the general category there are far more educated people than them. 20-25 seats, they can also get those. Imagine if 20–25 such merit-driven, no-nonsense independents get elected out of 543 seats They can install governments or topple them overnight. That’s all it takes. Just 20–25 genuine MPs who prioritize competence over caste, nation over vote-bank politics. To every general category voter: Stop feeding these traitors. Boycott every party. Find local independents who actually stand for equal opportunity and national strength. Back them hard. Even if they lose, you won’t wake up sick with regret, knowing the person you voted for just stole another seat, job, or future from your own child. We’ve been silent doormats too long. No more. Vote merit. Vote nation. Or watch your bloodline get erased while you stay quiet. Your call.

Full Debate Analysis: Trump won convincingly, had a strong performance, despite going into a 3-1 debate against the moderators. However, Kamala did not bomb, and did enough to keep her campaign alive. The story of the debate is ABC showing their blatant bias in favor of Kamala, and weaponized their “fact-checks” solely at Trump. They let Kamala lie unchecked about everything from the Project 2025 hoax, to the Charlottesville hoax, and everything in between. The ABC moderators showed a clear and obvious hostility towards Trump, that they did not show towards Kamala, and in many cases, teed Kamala up to bash Trump with prepared talking points. It is now abundantly clear why Kamala refused to accept the debate on Fox News, because her campaign knew she would receive preferential treatment on ABC. Kamala also was well-rehearsed, which is unlike her, almost as if she had the questions given to her ahead of time. If ABC were willing to be adversarial towards Trump, why would they stop there? Why wouldn’t they give Kamala the questions? ABC (Disney) just confirmed on national TV, that they are in bed with the DNC, and given their war-like posture towards Trump, I think it’s safe to assume Kamala’s campaign were made aware of the questions before hand. With all that being said, Trump got the viral moments of the night, stuck to his gameplan, and brushed off the endless lies and repeated attacks, from both Kamala and the moderators. Kamala’s optics were terrible, with her constant smirking, making faces, emotional responses, and monotone phony tone. And Trump refused to let her get her viral moment. Kamala’s gameplan was to appear more moderate, and blame Trump for all the problems she and Biden created over the last 4 years, but anyone who has been paying attention saw this for what it was. Given Kamala held her own and did not implode, we can expect the compromised MSM to claim Kamala won, and the headlines will be about Trump talking about Haitians eating pets. However, the viral internet clips will belong to Trump. Overall, Kamala did not gain any ground, Trump put on a solid performance, and the public got to see the MSM are clearly engaged in election interference in favor of the Dems. Net positive for Trump.

THE CAS DECISION IS SHAMEFUL.” Vladyslav Heraskevych (Vladyslav Heraskevych OLY) was invited to the Munich Security Conference, where he briefly spoke with journalists and commented on the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) decision to reject his appeal. HERASKEVYCH: Today we only had a court hearing this morning, and there's already a decision. We're already thinking about our next steps, because I believe the CAS decision is also shameful, but I'll comment in more detail a bit later. I need to familiarize myself with it in more detail. The hearing itself was, in my opinion, rather one-sided. I didn't hear anything we couldn't answer. Yet at the same time, there were no responses to any of our arguments. And it was very strange for me to see such a decision from CAS. The preparation took quite a long time, and for the athlete, for me, I was probably in the best form of my career. You could say I've been working toward this my entire career. If we're talking specifically about results, the training camps were excellent. I finished the qualifying training in first place with the best result. Unfortunately, that’s where my journey ended. Of course, along the way there were many sacrifices and many training sessions. On average we did 12 training sessions a week, and well, that's truly a massive amount, and they were exhausting. And unfortunately, all of this led to us not being able to compete due to the unlawful actions of the NOC. Q: If I may ask a question: how are you feeling right now? HERASKEVYCH: Right now I'm still in a state... I really haven't slept much these last 4 days, and we constantly have so many updates coming in. I honestly can't quite keep up with observing everything that's happening. I knew many athletes personally, and the idea came up a long time ago. She painted all of this just like all Ukrainians are living - under shelling, in the cold, without electricity. What an evening. What an inaugural Enhanced Games event. Honestly, if I could have scripted it, I could not have imagined a more nail-biting storyline - tension building all night, and then that unbelievable release at the end. I have to admit: I was close to a heart attack. And then I cried tears of joy when Kristian Gkolomeev won the Men’s 50m Freestyle in 20.81s, setting a new world record. He takes home a $1,000,000 bonus, a $250,000 first-place prize - and reclaims the 50m Freestyle world record. Think about what a world record actually means. It means you are better at something than roughly 8 billion other people on this planet. Let that sink in. I know some people expected us to break (many) more world records tonight. But as always in science: baseline matters. Enhancements bring out the best in you - but they are not a magic bullet. Kristian was already one of the best clean swimmers in the world - and then he added the icing on the cake to reach entirely new heights. And needless to say: the air gets thinner at the very top. Especially in the shortest events, breaking a world record has become harder and harder over the decades. And then there is the unquantifiable magic of live sport. It does not matter how good you looked in training camp. It all comes down to that one moment. A few athletes who were world-record contenders had injuries today. Others had stage fright. That is real sport. We have many more years ahead of us to break world records - one by one - and we will. We are just getting started. But world records are not even my favorite part. While breaking world records will always be one of the core themes of the Enhanced Games, what inspires me most is something else: the human drive to become the best version of ourselves. At every stage and time in life. Tonight, 22 personal bests were broken. And in many cases, these were not personal bests from last month or last year, but from many years ago. Again - let that sink in. Take Megan Romano: She set her previous personal best in the 50m freestyle (24.98) on July 16, 2013 - and tonight, nearly 13 years later, she broke it with a 24.55. She had not competed internationally in almost a decade, and at 35 years old she is now better than she was in her early twenties after only a few weeks of enhanced training. Megan defied aging in spectacular fashion and became a role model for all of us on how to age better - or maybe even how not to age at all – with the power and support of medical enhancements. Or take Emily Barclay - an athlete who had previously competed only at NCAA level. Her 50m freestyle time tonight would have been enough to win bronze in Paris. And it earned her $375,000. A true Cinderella story - made possible not by a fairy godmother, but by science. I could go on and on - and I will. Because we want to tell all of these incredible, deeply personal stories. World records are these almost mythical, elusive numbers. But winning the race against ourselves, against aging, against doubt, against the people who told us what is supposedly impossible - that is what truly inspires me. And I know it will inspire many of you too. Because Enhanced is not just a sporting event. It is a movement. A movement to help every human being become the best version of themselves. Let’s go!!!

Dalton Rushing is learning one of the hardest lessons in professional sports. Talent gets you promoted. Regulation determines whether you can stay there. Over the last month, Rushing has been thrust into a larger role while filling in for injured Will Smith. The results have been rough. Over his last 30 games, he’s hitting just .191 with a .280 OBP and .281 slugging percentage while striking out 28 times in 89 at-bats. The numbers only tell part of the story. For weeks, frustration has been spilling out at opponents and teammates, but most noticeably, at himself. Countless instances of bat snapping, helmet smashing, and head hitting have made him one to watch for all the wrong reasons. Wednesday night in Minneapolis felt like a breaking point. After the game, Rushing called his struggles “embarrassing” and said he’s a grown man who needs to figure it out for the sake of his team. There’s something admirable about that level of ownership. Some athletes never get there. The problem is that what we’re watching isn’t primarily a mental issue. It’s an emotional one. And emotions don’t live in the mind. They live in the body. The ugly reality of modern professional sports is that organizations have endless technology, advanced analytics, biomechanics labs, etc., and yet little to no in-house capacity for helping athletes process what is happening inside their own nervous systems. Somatic and limbic system work gets back to the basics. It helps the mind and body stop antagonizing one another. It creates the conditions for freedom, flow, and access to hard-earned talent. What Dalton appears to need right now isn’t another conversation about mindset.
