Khan drafted questions for Parliament, including: "Convicted drug dealer... claims to be close friends with you. Is this true?" and "What gratification does the Inspector General... enjoy from this person?" A Delta businessman, Mr Emmanuel Mouka, has petitioned the Inspector General of police to investigate his security guard over fears of a conspiracy spanning from attacks in 2022 where similar incidents occurred which he reported to the police but was instead detained. Mr Mouka, who lives in Delta State, stated in the petition written by his solicitors, Hon.Peter Mrakpor SAN, the honorable former Attorney General of Delta State, that he installed security cameras to ensure the security of lives and properties within his premises in Otite, Sapele, Delta State. He added that he also employed a security personnel from a security company.
