Say it loud..

JEREMY - MORE!!!!! KEEP POSTING!!!! SPREAD THE WORD!!!! This is transformational for youth & COULD BE incorporated into ALL PUBLIC SCHOOLS' ELEMENTARY P.E. curriculum!!! @RFKJr_Official

You can have both.. issue is all Of this are expressions of strength One of the best reasons why gymnastics at that age is fantastic and free play but basic elementary bodyweight strength is just fine

Hey Jeremy, could you explain what is going on in this clip? I love the idea of single arm stability.

Yup , they basically playing Tug of war

When there’s no feee play opportunities I try to get the kids to urban air or some park. Watching them they come up with lots of crazy stuff. Especially when they get on the bouncy dodgeball area

And i add also kids needs the strengh training too. Maybe you don't know how. Russian scientists of Sport know.

They strength train when they're ready to strength train.

They need rugby. The training for kids that age is very much based on the same principles and skills!

Won't hear any complaints from me.
