You can have both.. issue is all Of this are expressions of strength One of the best reasons why gymnastics at that age is fantastic and free play but basic elementary bodyweight strength is just fine

When there’s no feee play opportunities I try to get the kids to urban air or some park. Watching them they come up with lots of crazy stuff. Especially when they get on the bouncy dodgeball area
