I remember watching a program about the science of his movements years ago. The amount of pressure he would put on his knees to change direction was supernatural. Human legs are not designed to take the pressure he could sustain. Dude was an absolute graceful beast.

In 2021, there were 5 or 6 DE’s that were faster than that. The game evolves. Athletes are bigger, stronger and faster. Competition is always greatest in the present. All the love and flowers for Barry Sanders though. Man was an absolute legend.
