Killzone still exists and it’s a rich franchise worth reviving.

One of my fave games back in the day, the multiplayer slapped. Dutch-made meant instant bonus points.

@JohnSilvaGaming I never really got the hype behind the Killzone series I'm not saying it's bad but I never thought was anything special just a run of the mill FPS. I thought Timsplitters, Black, were underrated and better than Killzone for their time IMO.

Killzone never really sold a lot (3 million for Killzone 3). Guerilla moved on to Horizon series which dwarfed it in comparison (Horizon Zero Dawn sold 20M). Sony knows those numbers and it will be hard to convince the higher ups to make another game in the series.

Ahh yes, Sony's "Halo Killer". They really tried pushing it as their big FPS series, but it never really caught on. The most attention the series ever got was the controversy over the first Killzone 2 trailer.
