Super excited to be the very first rider in our Robotaxi internal trial. Ordered it right outside our office building — hailed, got in, sat down, and off we went. This marks the first time we've fully connected the online booking and offline riding experience. Sitting in that car, I couldn't help but feel a bit emotional. We announced the Robotaxi plan last November, kicked off public-road testing this January, rolled out production vehicles in May, and now, just eight months later, we've run the whole loop and started internal trials. That's faster than we ever expected. Huge thanks to everyone on the Robotaxi team who made this happen. True large-scale deployment of Robotaxis is a long journey. Next, we'll keep doubling down on safety, fine-tune the experience, and improve generalization, steady steps all the way. I'm really looking forward to the day when our internal users, locals in Guangzhou, and travelers visiting the city can all pull out their phones, hail a XPENG Robotaxi, and hop in for a ride. And for this first taste of Robotaxi? I give it a solid 10/10!

Cybercabs in very large numbers are in action all over today at Giga Texas including back at the testing track. About a dozen were on or driving near the track, conducting lane selection, rumble strip and other tests. We heard yesterday from Wes Maldonado that Cybercabs do have audio capabilities to cancel out NVH so this might be part of the testing we are seeing, along with autonomous driving capabilities. My Latest AI short was made with Seedance 2.0 the model that has been firing up the internet over the past couple of days. I made this in two and half days and it's an original short that is based on HP Lovecraft's work which is now Public Domain (No Copyright infringement here!). If you are not into period romances then bare with it as it gets a more little action packed in the second half! The model is brilliant at both performance and action, you can now make convincing dialogue and action sequences for AI cinema. With this model we have now reached the stage where we can tell any story we want with AI, the tools are capable. This is only 720p at the moment but I suspect it will be upgraded to 1080p very soon. We stand at the threshold of having broadcast quality tools capable of creating anything we can imagine available to everyone, so lets do new an interesting things with it. Thank you to CapCut for whitelisting me and to Dreamina AI AI for giving me access as part of their CPP. Thanks for watching! 👀

The internet makes it feel like hunting is a competition—who’s the best, who gets the biggest, who kills first. But the truth is, none of that matters to me. we are meant to connect with these animals at the perfect time and for the right reason. it’s time spent in God’s creation, doing what we love with people who get it. I’m beyond blessed to be physically able to live this lifestyle and chase moments like this.

Cybercab entering into the Giga Texas production line exit this morning & we see many more castings have been made … all 3 that are used for the basic structure of the body that is part of the “unboxed” process”. We are just over 50 day s from when initial production is expected to begin. With testing of the Cybercab in multiple states and cities, crash testing & evaluation work already completed, all these castings, & production line run through tests, we are getting very close to seeing many more of these around the factory!
