Update: Some passengers argued with airline staff over the delay in the departure of the flight & failure to provide alternate flights. AI Express sources said 122 passengers boarded the flight at around 11:30am, and the remaining passengers will be accommodated on other flights

No word about which emergency door getting opened or further instruction. Every second is important and it is quite natural for people getting panicked after seeing fireball.
