This looks expensive .. suitable for in public spaces like airports or office spaces .such spaces usually also have designated specially-abled toilets. They won’t install this tap there. At the least I think , I would need a manual first to use this 🤣.

We had similar one in our offices which even changed colour of water from red to blue(in shades) depending on temperature of water...it was cool tap

Kohler is a great brand; the issue is simply that the person filming doesn't know how to use the product, rather than any fault with the brand itself. They shouldn't be complaining about such a reputable name.
