I recommend subbing some of the soy sauce, & the ketchup&honey for sweet soy sauce if available! Yes for accuracy, but it's easier too! And add some fish sauce or MSG! You really don't need much, but Asian cooking seriously misses that OOMF w/o at least a lil somethin like that
