The desperation is super thick from captain Z. The little dictator just wants to buy time to beg for money and weapons. Anyone who thinks he would hold legitimate elections is delusional.

Ukraine has violated all previous ceasefires, so it doesn't make any sense to have another ceasefire with them, it will only give them an opportunity to lick the wounds and escalate again. Waste of time.

Why would the Russians want a ceasefire? They made it very clear they want a comprehensive peace agreement and guarantees that the NATO aggression will not resume. This will never happen, because without a war against Russia the entire EU leadership will end up in jail.
