I can confirm that League Classic can be modded. Some champions, such as Vayne, Malphite, Cho and many others did not have a model change since their release, they only got a texture update. For some reason, Riot did not even bother giving them a texture revert as a chroma and such, so they do not have their Classic skins. So here for example, I simply modded Vayne's old texture and loading screen back in.
