Seen a lot of people complaining that Pokemon is getting too expensive and it's hard to enjoy collecting, but let's be real, there's 100s or 1000s of really nice cards you can buy in the $1-20 range. The problem is most people only want what is expensive and popular. If you start branching out and digging for promos, vintage and less liked cards, the variety is endless All of these Cosmos holo cards are between 30 cents and $20 with the majority in the low end. Tell me these don't look awesome, but because they are easy to get no one cares. I have a feeling they will be highly desirable in the future

🚨BREAKING 🦠 On Friday, the US CDC arbitrarily shifted higher COVlD levels into lower categories depicted with cooler colors. Much of what was Very High is now "High." What was High is now "Moderate" or "Low." Low is "Very Low." 🔹2 states/territories artificially shifted from High to Moderate (MS, GU) 🔹5 shifted from Moderate to Low (CA, TX, AK, WA, NV) 🔹4 shifted from Low to Very Low (AZ, AR, LA, NC) During intense surges, states will rarely get classified as Very High anymore. Presently, transmission is rising across the US, with a 75% chance of a wave, but states will be depicted in blue (Very Low) much longer, making communities less prepared. #Bluewashing Normally, when the CDC makes a methodology change, they flag it prominently on each of their COVlD monitoring pages. This time, there was no alert and no explanation. Major changes were confined to COVlD, not Influenza A, and not RSV. The questionable change was made in the middle of rising transmission across most of the country; 15 states already have COVlD outbreaks, and others may soon join the ranks. These are serious ethics concerns that warrant investigative journalism. These issues are aggravated by delayed reporting at High/Very High monitoring sites. Great stretch for people who sit at desks all day or deal with low back pain. It's called the Tactical Frog. One of the most overlooked areas of the lower body is the inner thigh aka. the adductor. Inflexible or weak adductors can reduce hip mobility as well as cause knee and low back pain. Improving your adductors improves your hip mobility, which is crucial for anyone that sits at a desk for long periods of time. How to do this: 1. Start with hands and knees on the ground. Neutral spine with shins on the ground. 2. Spread your knees apart as far as possible 3. Push your butt back to your ankles. Start on your hands first and if you're flexible enough use your forearms for support. With any stretch, you always go where your range of motion allows you to go. Do this for a set of 30-60 seconds daily and breathe while performing it. Your hips will thank you.

Obviously, you were able to pay for tuition. And then you're graduating from one of the finest institutions on the planet. You're surrounded by other kids that are just incredible. You naturally have very high expectations. People with very high expectations have very low resilience. And unfortunately, resilience matters in success. I don't know how to teach it to you except for I hope suffering happens to you. And I was fortunate that I grew up with my parents providing a condition for us to be successful on the one hand, but there were plenty of opportunities for setbacks and suffering. And to this day, I use the phrase pain and suffering inside our company with great glee. And I mean that. Boy, this is going to cause a lot of pain and suffering. And I mean that in a happy way, because you want to train, you want to refine the character of your company. You want greatness out of them. And greatness is not intelligence. Greatness comes from character, and character isn't formed out of smart people. It's formed out of people who suffered. And so if I could wish upon you, I don't know how to do it. For all of you Stanford students, I wish upon you ample doses of pain and suffering."

Chaired a high-level meeting to review the progress of various initiatives under Safe City Project, with the CPs and municipal commissioners of CURE area, Women Safety, Transport and other stakeholders departments .As #Hyderabad grows rapidly, so must our approach to urban safety. We reviewed progress on several fronts today which are Technology-driven policing, to maximise use of HD CCTV surveillance, Integrated Command & Control Centres in all commissionerates , Intelligent Traffic Management Systems, AI and smart monitoring for stronger crime prevention and faster emergency response. We reviewed the expansion of the CCTV network, with 2,306 cameras(safecity project) already operational and another 862 under installation across the 4 commissionerates. We also decided to install 12 additional Mobile She Toilets, restore 404 non-functional traffic signals, strengthen pedestrian-friendly infrastructure, introduce special traffic management measures in congestion-prone areas, and expand public awareness campaigns. Our collective effort is to ensure that our mega city continues to remain one of India's safest metropolitan cities while further enhancing the quality of life.

Unmanned Systems Forces struck the Tuapse oil refinery Operators of the 1st Separate Center, in coordination with the SPECIAL OPERATIONS FORCES OF UKRAINE and the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine , attacked the Tuapse oil refinery. This is the most modern plant in the company's structure. It was modernized in 2013 with the installation of the ELOU-AVT-12 oil refining unit, which is capable of processing up to 12 million tons of oil per year. After the latest strike on the refinery, which took place on April 16, a fire broke out that lasted for several days. Attempts to mitigate its consequences yielded no results: following a repeated strike, the fire flared up with renewed intensity. The detailed consequences are being clarified.
