It’s very much is !!! Nature is an outdoor air conditioner

Bro.…these sort of scenery Does it breeds snakes ?

No. Depends on the green selection. People just pick bushes and call it landscape

Omg this is beautiful

It really is

Nigerians build house without balcony and varendah? I laugh … you are to build to suit your environment ooooo

what'd it cost to build this?

Budget 70k USD. More detailed quotes can be drafted when you're ready.

@Intrudwr This one must enter my village! Only if it is still there after all these security challenges. Shey that 70k includes copious amounts of solar panels and energy storage?

@Intrudwr 70k is roughly 90m. I cannot guarantee Solar energy... But we can be sure of the total amount after we receive the survey plan, draft a plan for the house and run a bill of quantity.

@AgbaMan14872 @Intrudwr How many rooms?

@DC_Chikere @AgbaMan14872 @Intrudwr 4 at most

Lagos landlords no dey here this one

nigeria is neighbors with the Sahara/Sahel. its a savannah climate so any solution that requires a lot of scarce water resources, like maintaining a lawn, isn't feasible.

Do you need an AC in this house?

Definitely not. If you do, you'd barely use it per month

Spectacular!

This is what we should be clamouring for in Nigeria real estate housing. In this kind of house you wouldn't need AC.

This place would be a menace to keep clean 😂

I loved the house before I opened the video.

Love this soooo much!

This is India i guess

This is it!

This tree keh I pity una gan

Agreed.

This is nice in rainy season but what of Harmatan? The plants I'm seeing here, I know for a fact some of them won't survive under direct sunlight and not bearing in mind the house is surrounded by trees not in an estate or inner city

How does one control reptile invasion here?

What did you use to render this sir

Na snake just dey my head

100k+ in monthly gardening costs

I like.

Bro what do you use for these visualizations
