Off-duty ICE officer in California defended himself and k*lled a man who fired a gun into the air on New Year’s Eve and threatened him. The suspect had allegedly fired multiple times into the air with a long rifle, alarming neighbors. The ICE officer confronted him, after which the suspect aimed the rifle at the officer and refused to drop it. The officer fired, and the suspect fired back multiple times. The officer returned to his apartment to don body armor and called police. When LAPD arrived, they found the suspect deceased. The ICE officer was not injured or arrested. The incident is still being investigated. The suspect should have complied, and the officer had every right to self-defense. (NBCLA on YT)

WOW! The LAPD is reporting this accident involved a federal agent (apparently an ICE agent) who appears to have hit a vehicle of people who claim to actually be US citizens. It then appears that the federal agent(s) fled the scene when they got it wrong. Is ICE now taking part in Hit and Runs when they accidentally pull over legal citizens by running into their vehicles, all attempting to find and deport undocumented immigrants? If so, this is horrific and illegal.

Father was only at the hotel with his daughter for couple hours—when somehow ICE agents showed up to interrogate him. "Is the federal government tracking you?" said lawyer "Anyone would be alarmed." David Streever said he did send an email to acting ICE Director Todd Lyons last January—after Renee Good and Alex Pretti were fatally shot by ICE in Minneapolis.
