Минулої ночі російська армія продовжила застосовувати проти України ударні дрони. Загалом було 74 безпілотники, з них 54 – «шахеди». Цілеспрямована атака проти Харкова – щонайменше 14 дронів. На жаль, були влучання. Є поранені, і серед них троє дітей. Усім надається необхідна допомога. Були також удари проти Одещини, Сумщини. Чергові цілеспрямовані влучання та пошкодження обʼєктів енергетики: у Сумській області удар FPV-дрона по підстанції, також у Нікополі на Дніпровщині через артилерійський удар була пошкоджена ЛЕП. Майже 4 тисячі абонентів у двох областях залишалися без електропостачання через ці удари. Тривають і російські удари авіабомбами – тільки проти нашої Сумщини й тільки за час від учорашнього дня й до сьогоднішнього ранку росіяни застосували майже 50 керованих авіабомб. Такий системний і постійний характер російських ударів однозначно свідчить, що в Москві зневажають дипломатичні зусилля партнерів. Навіть часткового припинення вогню Путін не хоче забезпечити. Потрібен новий і відчутний тиск на Росію, щоб поставити цю війну на курс до завершення. Не треба очікувати, коли 11 квітня буде вже місяць російському «ні» у відповідь на американську пропозицію припинити вогонь. Потрібно діяти якнайшвидше. Ми готові працювати з усіма нашими партнерами в Америці, Європі та світі максимально конструктивно, щоб досягти такого необхідного результату – достойного й тривалого миру.

A significant number were shot down by our air defenders. Dnipro, Sumy, Cherkasy, and other regions came under Russian attack. Unfortunately, there are injured children and adults. Everyone has received the necessary assistance. In Cherkasy, an ordinary dormitory was on fire. Emergency response operations are currently underway in Dnipro at the site of a Russian missile strike. Preliminary reports indicate it was a ballistic missile. Unfortunately, one person was killed — my condolences to their family and loved ones. As of now, five others have been reported injured. All are receiving medical assistance. Earlier today, there was an air raid alert in Kyiv due to an attack drone. Many regions have reported Russian strikes and shelling. In particular, Nikopol was hit by five Russian FPV drones — a completely deliberate strike on the city, near a food market, targeting civilians. Twelve people were injured, including one child. There were also Russian attacks on Kharkiv, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Mykolaiv regions. Sumy region continues to suffer constant attacks by guided aerial bombs. And all of this is happening nearly a month after the United States proposed a full ceasefire. Seven people are currently being treated in hospitals in Dnipro after a Russian attack on the city. Five people have been hospitalized in Odesa, two of them in critical condition. One person was wounded in the Kharkiv region. Dozens of people have been affected by Russian strikes today. All are receiving the necessary assistance. Last night alone, Russia launched more than 200 drones against Ukraine, most of them “shaheds,” and there were also ballistic missiles. Since this morning, there have been around thirty more attack drones. Strikes targeted various cities. In the Mykolaiv region, energy grid facilities were attacked, and thousands of families were left without electricity. In Odesa, residential buildings were hit. In Dnipro, a bus was destroyed, and a residential building, a shop, and passenger cars were damaged. There has also been damage from the attack in Zaporizhzhia. It is important that our partners do not forget – this war continues every day, and security is needed every day. Russia must end this war, and only pressure can ensure that. Pressure must not decrease, and sanctions must work. I am grateful to everyone who supports Ukraine and Ukrainians.

Earlier today Zaporizhzhia was also brutally struck with aerial bombs. Ordinary residential buildings were damaged. Tragically, a civilian woman was killed. My condolences go to the family and loved ones. More than twenty people were wounded in this attack alone, including four children. Overnight, Russian drones struck Odesa. Throughout the day, there were also strikes on Sumy, Kharkiv, Donetsk, and our southern regions. All of this is deliberate Russian terror that can be stopped with a single order, an order in Russia and for the Russian army. Easter proved that when there were no air raid alerts in Ukraine. Ukraine proposed to extend the ceasefire after Easter and make it comprehensive. Our proposal to halt strikes on civilian infrastructure remains on the table as well. What’s needed is genuine readiness from Russia to engage in this conversation. There are and will be no impasses on the Ukrainian side.

Ninety-six attack drones were launched, most were shot down, though unfortunately not all. Yesterday evening, Russia dropped aerial bombs on Kharkiv, striking a city hospital and injuring 57 people. An utterly terrorist, cynical attack on a place where lives are saved. Energy infrastructure in the region was also hit. In the Kirovohrad region, civilian infrastructure was damaged, including railway facilities in two local settlements. In the Sumy region, there were strikes on energy facilities and an enterprise. The Donetsk region was also attacked. Wherever needed, the relevant services are working, and recovery efforts continue. I thank everyone involved. Every day and every night, Russia strikes power plants and transmission lines, our gas facilities also come under attack. The world can deprive Moscow of the ability to carry out such brutal attacks against life. Our partners know what is needed for this: Patriot, NASAMS, SAMP/T, and other vital systems. We count on action from the United States, Europe, the G7, and all partners who have these systems and can provide them to help protect our people. Ukraine needs sufficient air defense capabilities to shield its skies from missiles, drones, and glide bombs so that Russia’s aerial terror becomes meaningless. The aftermath of Russian strikes on Odesa, Kherson, Dnipropetrovsk regions, and Sumy last night: ▪️Odesa region: energy, transport, industrial, and civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged. There are no casualties. As of 11:30, energy workers have restored electricity to nearly 100,000 families in the Odesa region and partially restored power supply to critical infrastructure facilities. ▪️Kherson: Russian forces attacked the territory of a healthcare facility with a drone. Two people were injured - a 58-year-old woman and a 62-year-old man. They sustained mine-explosive injuries and facial lacerations and were hospitalized. Critical infrastructure in the city was also damaged, in particular the centralized water supply system. There are disruptions in water supply in the city. ▪️Dnipropetrovsk region: In the Mezhyrichka community of Pavlohrad district, a food service establishment was damaged as a result of a missile strike. ▪️Sumy: An Russian drone hit a residential building in the Zarichnyi district. The upper floors of the building suffered the most damage.

Since yesterday, all our services have been working to restore electricity, heating, and water supply to the regions following Russian strikes on energy infrastructure. The situation remains difficult – hundreds of thousands of families are still without electricity in Mykolaiv, Odesa, Kherson, Chernihiv, Donetsk, Sumy, and Dnipro regions. I thank each and every person involved in the repair work. Last night, our communities were attacked again. People were wounded. Russia is dragging out the war and seeks to inflict as much harm as possible on our people. In Odesa, debris is still being cleared at the residential building hit by a Russian drone. Numerous fires broke out in the city overnight. In total, Odesa was attacked by 21 drones. Tragically, there have been fatalities. My condolences to the families and loved ones. All those affected are receiving the necessary assistance. Also under attack during the night were the Odesa, Kyiv, and Sumy regions, Kropyvnytskyi and its region, as well as the Kharkiv and Cherkasy regions. In the Kharkiv region, rescuers are still battling a fire. Last night alone, the Russian forces used 170 drones against Ukraine — more than a hundred of them "Shaheds". For over 50 days now, Russia has been ignoring the American proposal for a full and unconditional ceasefire. There were also our proposals — at the very least, to refrain from striking civilian infrastructure and to establish lasting silence in the sky, at sea, and on land. Russia has responded to all this with new shelling and new assaults. That is why a strong push for diplomacy is needed — continued pressure on Russia is essential to force it into silence and negotiations. There is damage to ordinary residential buildings and energy infrastructure. In Kyiv, drone strikes caused fires in high-rises and damaged a kindergarten. All necessary services have been deployed wherever possible. Taking advantage of the coldest days of winter to terrorize people is more important to Russia than turning to diplomacy. And this very clearly shows what is needed from our partners and what can help. Timely delivery of missiles for air defense systems and the protection of normal life are our priority. Without pressure on Russia, there will be no end to this war. Right now, Moscow is choosing terror and escalation, and that is why maximum pressure is required.
