Sharing for Emmie. What a beautiful dog . The ending is so heartbreaking. It’s a little longer but worth it. “…….on January 22, 2026, our 7 year old golden retriever with terminal cancer woke up and couldn't walk. After bringing her to the vet, we got the call that she wouldn't live to see the next morning and at best, we had hours. There was so much pressure to determine how we would spend these last hours. Perry's Steak House in Short Pump, Virginia invited Emmie to dinner for her last meal and an incredible experience. She had a line of people to pet her and love on her from employees to strangers and even the head chef. She ate the best food one could eat like steak, her very own custom cake, a bone and even chocolate that was flombayed in front of her. She had her own sparkling water, server and a beautiful spot by the fire. She enjoyed a stunning sunset, a brand new bed and blanket that they allowed us to bring in. She had an honor walk through the restaurant. The last time she walked on this earth. This was beyond what we ever could have imagined. The reservation was even under her name. Instead of tears, staring at her just waiting for her to pass, her last hours were spent happy, joyful and with so much love. We are grateful to the staff and management at Perry's for not only providing these memories for us but for putting it together so last minute and being beyond incredibly patient with all of our needs as Emmie continued to decline even within just the small amount of time that we were there. We will treasure these last moments that we were given and remember them with joy in our hearts. Just 40 minutes after we left the restaurant, Emmie passed peacefully at home surrounded by her family and her favorite cat. Our hearts are shattered into a million pieces, but we simultaneously feel immense peace and gratefulness in our hearts that her last moments were given to her and our family like this. Thank you Perry's for giving our girl the sweetest most special send off to heaven.” This is the second time I’ve heard of Perry’s Steakhouse doing this. Why the 1970s Way of Eating Hit Different – And Why I Can’t Stop Thinking About It I ran across this TikTok video the other day and it genuinely stopped me in my tracks. It was all about how Americans in the 1970s stayed naturally thinner—not because of better genetics or iron willpower, but because the whole food environment was completely different. Meals had real boundaries. You ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner at set times, and that was pretty much it. Snacking wasn’t the constant background noise it is today. As someone who actually grew up in that era, it rang so true. We didn’t have endless cabinets full of brightly packaged snacks calling our names. You ate when it was mealtime, portions were reasonable (a hamburger was hamburger-sized, fries came in actual small bags), and the kitchen pretty much closed after dinner cleanup. #SEONGHWA talking about watching his favorite musical, Les Misérables., for the first time in a theater in London! ⭐️: Anyway, as for what I did today, I’m talking in circles (not answering). Today… so yesterday after dinner I saw they were performing a musical. I’ve seen a lot of small‑theater musicals but I’ve never seen a really big musical live, like in person. So… and they happened to be performing my favorite! What could it be~? Oh, someone got it right. It's Les Misérables. When did it come out? I was in wlementary school? Wait, when did Les Misérables come out in Korea? When it first released I went to see it with my mom, just the two of us. (After researching it) Here it says it came out in 2012. Then how old was I? Was I in middle school? Yes, right. I went to see it with my mom, the two of us, and it was so fun. I think it was the first musical film I properly watched in a theater. Before that I watched Mamma Mia on DVD when I was in Australia, but I couldn’t understand it then so I didn’t know what was fun about it. Les Mis was the first musical film I properly saw in a theater. I loved it so much that I went to see it three or four more times. And then yesterday, when I came out after eating, I saw this huge billboard for it. So, since I’m the type who acts fast once I decide, I said “I’m going to watch it today,” and went with my manager. There were real session musicians there, like down below. I was shocked by that. From above, like slightly, youu could see the conductor. I didn’t know that, I thought they played MR... So I was like, “this is awesome.” I went and bought merch too. But I didn’t know which seats were good, so I just chose the seat in the back of the first floor. But because there’s a second floor, my view was blocked, my view of the stage looked like this (obstructed from the bottom and above), so I watched slouching on my chair like this. Now I know, the front row of the second floor is the best. Or the very front of the first floor so you can see the actors’ expressions well. But movies are better from the back so (I though was the same for musicals). Anyway. Yes, I think it was a “restricted view” seat... it was probably cheaper. Anyway, the show was 2 hours 50 minutes and since I know the movie so well I understood everything even without subtitles. It was so fun. I knew most of the songs too. It was my first time seeing a musical in such a big venue so it was really great. The actors too were amazing. There were about 40? And the set, there were at least 10 different ones. I don’t know how it works, because it’s was not people moving/changing sets. They just slid in and out and the stage transitions were so smooth. Who’s my favorite character? Oh, that's a hard question? First, I like Marius. Ah, actualyy, when I was younger I liked Cosette and Marius. But now I feel drawn to Éponine. Because she loves so... unconditionally. After watching it today, Éponine loves Marius but even while she’s in a one‑sided love, she tells him where the girl he loves lives and helps him escape. That's so sad. Fantine was really pitiful too. Kind of... unfairly treated? My favorite song is One Day More, of course. And today, there were songs that felt different listening now that I’m older. I don't know the titles so I’ll have to look them up. The lingering feeling was strong, it felt similar to when I first watched it. And after that act (One Day More), the audience clapped and cheered so loudly. You know, I thought musicals were supposed to be quiet? But everyone was cheering so loudly, so I clapped and shouted too. And right after it ended the lights suddenly turned on and I was like, "is it over?" but it was the intermission. There were Act 1 and Act 2. I was so confused, I really thought it was over. I asked myself, “Is this a half‑length movie?" I mean, "musical?” Everyone got up so naturally and I was just confused alone. Anyway, the orchestra was seriously so cool. I want to see it in Korea too.

#SEONGHWA about making memories in Europe 🥹 ⭐️: The UK is much nicer than I thought. My memories of this country were usually just from coming here on tour but the more I come, the more my memories seem to get nicer. Same with Paris, same with the UK and well, Spain too. Probably it’s like that for all countries, really. Anyway, maybe it’s because I’m getting familiar with them. I’m turning each one into a good memory. Ease? Maybe I’ve gained some ease too. When I first went to Paris I wasn’t feeling well physically so I couldn’t go see things. But as time passed, like, on the last night (this time) I saw the Eiffel Tower and even though I’ve seen it many times, I realized it feels different every time I come. During this Paris schedule, the time I saw the Eiffel Tower was my favorite I think. It was the most romantic. Strangely, “I really want to go see the Eiffel Tower.” This thought came to me. Strangely. I felt like I had to go see it. Of course, taking photos there can be risky but I just really wanted to take photos at the Eiffel Tower. So after meeting Mingi and Jongho, I rushed there, saw it, and at exactly midnight it sparkles like this, you know? I saw that too. And this time in London too, I watched a really fun musical and at a big festival, as a headliner, I performed in a cool way. I like it. I really like it. #SEONGHWA #성화

VIDEO | 260611 #SUNOO’s behind story for EAT SLEEP EN DIVE So anyway, to tell the behind-the-scenes story… you’ll probably understand when today’s EAT SLEEP EN DIVE episode comes out. And if it doesn’t make it into the episode, then remember what I’m saying now. Anyway, don’t be shocked beforehand. That’s all I can say for now. Just don’t be surprised. Just accept it. Also, when I drink a lot, I tend to black out. The next day, I don’t remember anything. And when we were filming EAT SLEEP EN DIVE, there were parts of the night where my memory was cutting in and out too. So I don’t remember the details very well, but the members kept telling me, ‘You did this,’ ‘You did that,’ and all these different stories. So I was just like, ‘Ah, I did that again, huh.’ I don’t know if they’ll show this part, but the reason I ended up drinking so much that day was because I made a bet with Ni-ki and lost. As punishment, I had to drink three shots of whiskey in a row. Since I started off by taking three whiskey shots back-to-back, my level of drunkenness was already completely different from the other members’. Then we kept playing games and having fun together, and while doing that, I kept drinking more. I gradually lost track of my own limit and crossed the line without realizing it. So yeah, there was a whole story behind that. You’ll probably understand once you watch it. You’ll see. After that, I genuinely tried not to drink so much anymore. But then during the Seoul concert period, I ended up drinking quite a bit again. That time wasn’t bad enough for me to completely black out, though. The company dinner was fine, but when we got back to the dorm, I drank with the members again. At that point, it got a little rough. My memory started getting patchy. Even so, I somehow pulled myself together, washed up properly, and went to bed clean and settled. But when I woke up the next morning, I looked absolutely terrible. So I was just like, ‘Ah, I did that again, huh.’ I don’t know if they’ll show this part, but the reason I ended up drinking so much that day was because I made a bet with Ni-ki and lost. As punishment, I had to drink three shots of whiskey in a row. Since I started off by taking three whiskey shots back-to-back, my level of drunkenness was already completely different from the other members’. Then we kept playing games and having fun together, and while doing that, I kept drinking more. I gradually lost track of my own limit and crossed the line without realizing it. So yeah, there was a whole story behind that. You’ll probably understand once you watch it. You’ll see. After that, I genuinely tried not to drink so much anymore. But then during the Seoul concert period, I ended up drinking quite a bit again. That time wasn’t bad enough for me to completely black out, though. The company dinner was fine, but when we got back to the dorm, I drank with the members again. At that point, it got a little rough. My memory started getting patchy. Even so, I somehow pulled myself together, washed up properly, and went to bed clean and settled. But when I woke up the next morning, I looked absolutely terrible. For those who don't know, the reason I haven't been on this platform as much as I would like to be, is that I learned last summer my DoD contractor job might have to reduce their staffing and I knew I was going to need to find another way to support myself to be able to pay my mortgage and my monthly bills. I prayed God would guide me to wherever He knew I would thrive. Never in a million years did I think it would be in a direct sales company, because I had previously failed in that channel. When my friend and fellow truther/researcher, Debbie Boyd, told me she was going to partner with a health and wellness company that specializes in naturopathic doctor-develped, science-backed, products, I thought, "Seriously, God?? That's where you want me to go??" But deep down I knew if Debbie was going to start all over with a team of ONE last July, after having achieved the top levels of success in our last partnership (while I watched from the sidelines), she was leaving behind a company that tried to cancel her, tried to get her to delete her truthful posts about the clot shots and other topics, and they even went WOKE with DEI policies, it only made sense to me that God was telling me "This time will be different."...and it IS!! This is a Godly, family-owned business that started just 4 years ago, has zero debt, is the 2nd highest ranked in momentum/growth, has a AAA rating and surpassed $50M in their 4th year. My health, energy levels, mood, focus, weight, sleep, AND my finances* have improved immensely. I'm in a size 4 for the first time since 2002, when I was pregnant with my son and I have NEVER felt better! I'm sitting in the airport right awaiting my flight home after spending the last 3 days at my first Bravenly Conference reflecting on how much has changed for me since I listened to what I know in my heart God led me to on 21 July 2024. Let me tell you, I have NEVER experienced an event like this, and I've been to several conferences and conventions, both corporate and political in nature (including CPAC!). The inspirational and motivational stories, the awesome tips for growing our businesses from all the speakers, including my amazing team leader, Debbie Boyd (who was recognized multiple times), and our upline leaders, the heartwarming stories of overcoming adversity and trusting God to lead the way, the camaraderie with my fellow Brand Partners, seeing how Bravenly went out of their way to make sure we know they SEE us where we are, (this year's theme is "Come as you are"), all the recognition during Saturday night's Red Carpet Awards night, and most importantly, yesterday morning's Sunday service, led by Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter and pastor, Chandon Bangar and Adrienne Whatley (who happens to be this year's #1 income earner for 2024)! Several people even made the decision to trust Jesus as their Lord & Savior at the end of the service! Praise the Lord! 🙌 What a powerful, meaningful, impactful event this has been! I feel sooo blessed to be a part of this Godly, faith-based company! This has been such a meaningful day for me because when we released the Supernatural album, I had the amazing opportunity to collaborate with Takashi Murakami, which was such a happy experience. Now, with another incredible chance to collaborate with Louis Vuitton for this photoshoot, I feel truly happy and deeply honored. 💬 You attended the Louis Vuitton show yesterday—was there a moment that stood out to you? 🐹: I took pictures with Bae Doona-nim. I was so happy. And when she told me how much she supports us, it was such a heartwarming moment. 💬 What standard did you use to prepare today’s 9 memories? 🐹: I prepared this without a fixed standard, more like following a personal timeline. So, I’ll present it that way. First, I chose ‘trainee.’ I was the last one to join and become part of the team as a trainee. What still leaves the strongest impression on me is when I first saw the older members—how could there be such beautiful and angelic people? They were so kind, pure, and innocent. And, of course, they were incredibly beautiful, as expected. Back then, everyone had such youthful and delicate energy compared to now. They were all so cute, and it was really meaningful to live together, train together, and prepare for one goal as a group. 💬 Who made the strongest first impression on you? 🐹: Minji-unnie! During the trainee period, there was a particularly tough time for us called the ‘monthly evaluation’ period. It’s a time when we have to perform what we’ve prepared in front of an audience. It was just before one of those evaluations, and I remember Minji-unnie wearing a black hoodie, sitting in a spinning chair in front of her computer, and looking so serious and a bit intimidating. I actually mentioned this to her later, and she said that she was really stressed out during that time and might have seemed scary because of it. That moment left such a strong impression on me. The second memory I’ll choose is summer. The reason it’s summer is that we debuted on July 22. When we debuted, the members and I all gathered in the dorm to watch the “Attention” music video together. We didn’t release any teasers or previews beforehand, so we were just waiting for the music video to come out, and we all watched it together in the living room. There are moments in life where you don’t realize how precious they are at the time, right? But that particular moment really hit me. I felt, Ah, this is such a special time. It was one of those moments where you could truly feel its significance. That’s why I chose it. Since the first one was summer, I’ll go with winter for the second. When I think of winter, the first thing that comes to mind is “Ditto.” Despite being a winter activity, it felt incredibly warm. It was our second comeback, and the music video had a rich storyline featuring a character named Ban Hee-soo. That character represents Bunnies, our fans. It was our first comeback with a music video that directly included Bunnies, and the whole preparation process felt like we were doing it together with them, making it a meaningful activity. Also, the song “Ditto” itself is so special. Every time I listen to it, it has this way of making my heart feel full and warm. It’s a song that turns winter into something cozy, so I chose our “Ditto” and “OMG” promotions as a special winter memory. 💬 What song do you listen to the most? 🐹: As for the songs I frequently listen to, I mostly play tracks from our recent album. But aside from those, I listen to "Ditto" quite often. For the fourth one… I’ll choose Louis Vuitton. Louis Vuitton… Oh, I see our team giving me a look, ㅋㅋㅋ. But it’s not just because this is a Louis Vuitton shoot. There are just so many precious memories I’ve made with Louis Vuitton. From the very first moment I got involved with Louis Vuitton, I’ve had the opportunity to experience things I would never have dreamed of if not for this partnership. For example, I got to visit Paris to attend their fashion show and witness the incredible presentations of a brand with such a long and rich history. Those experiences were truly invaluable. Even the photoshoots were such exciting and happy moments for me. So, I’m incredibly grateful to Louis Vuitton for everything. For the fifth one… Ah, what should I choose for the fifth? I’ll go with people. Why? Well, looking back, I’ve realized just how many amazing adults and wonderful people I’ve had around me. Especially recently, I’ve really felt grateful for the good people in my life. And of course, that includes Bunnies. The relationship we have with Bunnies feels so unique to me. I’d love to meet them more often, have more conversations, and connect with them on a deeper level. But there are so many reasons and times when that’s not possible. Even so, it’s truly amazing how much they continue to support and love us. I’m so thankful for that. Thank you! So, I chose people. The sixth is the stage. We had our second fan meeting at Tokyo Dome, and what really struck me at that time was how much the five of us were genuinely enjoying the stage. It gave me the feeling of, "Wow, something I love and worked hard on is being loved by so many people." That’s why each moment on stage is etched deeply in my memory. The seventh is preciousness. During "How Sweet" and "Supernatural" promotions, we really gave it our all. The choreography was made incredibly challenging, and the songs were amazing as well. While preparing so hard, I ended up getting injured, maybe because I pushed myself too much. After the injury, I found myself spending a lot of time alone, which gave me a chance to look after the members more closely. They’re such a team that just watching them makes me smile. I didn’t realize it before, but watching them made me laugh, and I found myself wanting to see their performances in person. So, in a way, the time I spent injured and observing from a different perspective turned out to be a necessary moment for me. When you’re just running forward, you don’t always realize what you’re doing. But after the injury, I had time to reflect and remind myself why we’re doing all of this. The eighth is something very obvious: Bunnies. That’s because ever since our debut, Bunnies have been with us in every single moment. That’s why I chose Bunnies. Among the times I’ve shared with Bunnies, there have been so many moments filled with happiness, sadness, excitement, and a range of emotions, which is why I picked Bunnies. Lastly, Dazed! Pressing, transitions and goals in Canada! After the hiring of Jesse Marsch this week by Canada Soccer , there has been lots of talk about pressing and transitions in the football community. This is THE style of play that we have used for the last 5 years with Alliance United FC in @L1OMens and will give you some insight in how this can look. We went away from the 'possession' based 1-4-3-3 that everyone has been using as the 'best way' to develop players and win games. Many say this is the 'right way' of playing. However, we use the players' abilities and inabilities as the starting point and based on players produced in Canada, within our youth system, this is the way we think will get us the best results and help our players get to the next level. You need to understand youth development in our country to understand what is and what is not being taught to young players. This is not a negative outlook, it is just looking at the reality. Many mistake this style of play as just non-stop pressing and chaos. Yes, these two aspects are important but it is a much more deliberate and planned way of playing that is used to predict where the opposition will play the ball, where the ball can be dictated and what areas the opposition leave open for transitions when they attack. In 2019, I was introduced to Ernst Tanner former Academy Director of Red Bull Salzburg and current Philadelphia Union Sporting Director that has led the club to being one of the top clubs in MLS and arguably the best academies in North America the last few years. Both organisations are known for their pressing and fast transitions in addition to producing top players. He became a mentor to me and gave me insights and education on this style of play. He has changed the way I look at football. Every season we try to recruit players that can play this style that I will describe below and we do not waiver in the way we played. Every game since 2019 Alliance United FC have played either in a 1-4-2-2-2 or a 1-4-4-2 midfield diamond....every game. We have no secrets in how we play. We focus on defending, pressing, forcing teams into mistakes and transition football. It is important to understand that we do not care how much possession we have and we actually want the opposition to have the ball most of the time. Stats in football show that only when a team has the ball 70% or more in a match their is a correlation to winning. Anything less is not correlated to winning in a certain match. In addition, 80% of goals are scored under 5 passes or less and under 10 seconds when regaining possession. We follow the trend! So, here are some important points based on the video: a) Pressing higher up the pitch when possible. All 11 players are committed to the team intention (principles) and if anybody is not committed and does not contribute to this style of play, they do not play. There is no leeway on this. Either you are in 100% in or you are not. All it takes is one player to not commit and the plan will not work. If we do not win the ball on the high press, everyone is to drop behind the ball as fast as possible to restart the press closer to our goal. b) Based on the opponent's scouting we press certain players and decide if will press closer to the sideline and 'pin' the player to the sideline or we dictate the passes and dribbles centrally and 'surround' the player to win the ball in central positions. We also decide if we will sometimes drop lower for the opposition to advance so we can play behind them when winning the ball. This is done if we scout that the opposition centre-backs are slower than our two strikers. This means we will 'outrun' them in the space they leave behind. c) When winning the ball we want to exploit space behind their backline as the priority which means that a player(s) need to be passing options behind the backline and preferably centrally which is closer to the goal, players winning the ball has to look to play the ball to the player furthest up the pitch. Possession is not a priority but scoring goals as fast as possible is. d) When winning the ball we stay as central as possible with passes and dribbling. We use the width of the penalty area (44 yards) as the preferable dimension when transitioning. We want to stay within this width. The wider the team plays the ball, the more time the opposition has to block the middle. PLAY AS VERTICALLY AS POSSIBLE! The emphasis is to get the ball to the two strikers and play 1v1 against the CBs. e) We know that most youth players grow up playing against a 1-4-3-3 which means there is one central striker meaning the centre-backs one back press and one can cover. Against 2 strikers this is not possible and many centre-backs do not have the ability to play 1v1 with space behind them. They are not taught the cues to step and press or drop to protect space behind them. They are never taught at youth level. We exploit this deficiency. e) All 11 players must get up the pitch to close the spaces if we lose the ball from our attacking transition so the opposition cannot transition against us and we can counter-press. f) A goal is the best outcome based on the objective of attacking but at the minimum we want to get a shot on goal from a transition. This is a quick overview of a different way of playing football that Canada will see with the Men's National Team.

In addition, 80% of goals are scored under 5 passes or less and under 10 seconds when regaining possession. We follow the trend! So, here are some important points based on the video: a) Pressing higher up the pitch when possible. All 11 players are committed to the team intention (principles) and if anybody is not committed and does not contribute to this style of play, they do not play. There is no leeway on this. Either you are in 100% in or you are not. All it takes is one player to not commit and the plan will not work. If we do not win the ball on the high press, everyone is to drop behind the ball as fast as possible to restart the press closer to our goal. b) Based on the opponent's scouting we press certain players and decide if will press closer to the sideline and 'pin' the player to the sideline or we dictate the passes and dribbles centrally and 'surround' the player to win the ball in central positions. We also decide if we will sometimes drop lower for the opposition to advance so we can play behind them when winning the ball. This is done if we scout that the opposition centre-backs are slower than our two strikers. This means we will 'outrun' them in the space they leave behind. c) When winning the ball we want to exploit space behind their backline as the priority which means that a player(s) need to be passing options behind the backline and preferably centrally which is closer to the goal, players winning the ball has to look to play the ball to the player furthest up the pitch. Possession is not a priority but scoring goals as fast as possible is. d) When winning the ball we stay as central as possible with passes and dribbling. We use the width of the penalty area (44 yards) as the preferable dimension when transitioning. We want to stay within this width. The wider the team plays the ball, the more time the opposition has to block the middle. PLAY AS VERTICALLY AS POSSIBLE! The emphasis is to get the ball to the two strikers and play 1v1 against the CBs. e) We know that most youth players grow up playing against a 1-4-3-3 which means there is one central striker meaning the centre-backs one back press and one can cover. Against 2 strikers this is not possible and many centre-backs do not have the ability to play 1v1 with space behind them. They are not taught the cues to step and press or drop to protect space behind them. They are never taught at youth level. We exploit this deficiency. e) All 11 players must get up the pitch to close the spaces if we lose the ball from our attacking transition so the opposition cannot transition against us and we can counter-press. f) A goal is the best outcome based on the objective of attacking but at the minimum we want to get a shot on goal from a transition. In a statement, Platner's wife said she feels betrayed by the ex-campaign aide, who revealed the information, and that the couple went to counseling. Do you have concerns about Graham Platner? ANDY KIM: Well, first I'll say is, you know, I've been very much focused on the crisis in my home state, so I haven't been able to focus as much on this. Stargate Trivia: Window of Opportunity We had no idea this episode would become so beloved by fandom and yet, looking back, it’s easy to see why it has. It’s one of those "fun" episodes with a fairly straightforward premise that allows our characters to shine in ways unexpected. Specifically, Jack and Teal’c who, in the past, have relied on Carter and Daniel to handle the science and Ancient translations, and suddenly find themselves having to step into their team members’ shoes. Yes, it’s our version of Groundhog Day. And yet, in its earliest form, the pitch for this story was very different, much darker in tone. Originally titled Ad Infinitum, it involved the team gating to a planet and becoming trapped in a seemingly endless time loop orchestrated by a dying race seeking to buy more time to come up with a solution to an impending armageddon (which became the backstory of the device’s genesis mentioned in the episode by Malakai). Exec Producer Robert Cooper suggested another spin on the time loop angle and, while I was dubious at first (“Isn’t this Groundhog Day?”I remember asking. “Yeah,”was Rob’s counter.), I was proven wrong. Now, the “Groundhog Day” episode has become a staple of most every genre show. While there’s a lot to like about this episode, it was the “time off” montage that stands out. And it almost didn’t happen. The episode was timing short, it was clear we would need to come up with some extra scenes, and that gave Brad the opportunity to do something he had always wanted to do: see our characters golfing through the stargate. And so, several scenes were added (they were all scripted, not improvised as some fans assumed): the juggling, Teal’c’s repeated door run-in, Jack riding his bike through the corridors of the SGC, Jack trying his hand at pottery, the golfing through the gate and, oh yes, THE KISS. The latter was my former writing partner Paul Mullie's idea - in his pitch, an opportunity we could not pass up. Note: We made sure to have Jack tender his official resignation before dipping Carter and planting one on her, just to make sure we didn’t catch any flak from our Air Force tech advisors. The Sanctity of Life — Primary all the RINOs! Not a single word was written or prepared for this speech. A man came up to me immediately after this in tears as I was getting a club soda from the bar. I had no idea this speech and the MNGOP convention, would reveal so much about our party. Both good and bad, both inspiring and horrifying! I always go into convention hoping for the best because the people ultimately get to choose and that I see as a blessing for which we should be grateful. Often the deck is stacked and yesterday was no different. From changing the predetermined speaking order, or not getting the correct time limit for my speech, to having the nominations committee announce a reservation against me to the delegates that I WASN'T abiding by the endorsement. Which was a complete lie, I've been pledged to abide by the endorsement for the last 2 cycles since 2024, including my signed pledge for this 2026 cycle. In fact is was the MNGOP establishment that didn't abide by the endorsement and even spent party money to pay a man (Michael Brodkorb), who endorsed Kamala Harris, to trash me after I was endorsed and nominated. Not a very Republican Party! What was the most shocking though, is that so many delegates voted for Tafoya, who openly refused to abide. About 1/3 if you trust the clickers. Which as an aside WERE A COMPLETE MESS... Imagine a party that wants secure paper ballots but uses electronic clickers at our own convention. Long time MNGOP activist and House Rep. Walter Hudson stood up and pointed out some irregularities before the endorsement began. Aside from all that I was mortified to discover many, too many, delegates actually believe it appropriate to waver on our conservative and Christian principles to "win" the election. By 1/3 endorsing Michele Tafoya, they sent a message loud and clear, the ability to raise money (PAC money), popularity or "moderation" to win, supersedes our value on the sanctity of life. On protecting the unborn. In doing so they have declared war on our faith and a pillar of the Christian conservative movement. We have no more back steps to take. Christians have been pushed to the cliff's edge in this country and all around the world. Attacks from the same people who want to destroy this nation. It is time to rededicate this country and nation to God, but it can't just be symbolic or something to piss off liberals. We have to mean it and if we don't start with the unborn we will be undone. I will stand up and set the standard. As for our Navy man Adam Schwarze, who eventually was endorsed on the 6th or 7th ballot... He doesn't currently have his Trident, and that wasn't mentioned as a "reservation" by the nominations committee. He was simply deem "qualified". The trident is between him and the Navy. For me, if you publicly laugh, about killing thousands of people including women and children, or dropping white phosphorus on them... You too have a problem with the sanctity of life. We may have to fight a war, we are currently in a war around the world and here at home. We may have to kill, we may even have to kill women and children unfortunately, which I hesitate to even say... But never, under any circumstances, should we laugh about it. It's a lack of maturity, seriousness and sacred honor. In this election, it's going to prove to be a lack of "electability". As for the revenge of these RINOs, this has been coming full tilt since the moment I won back in 2024. My son and I went to the gym late last night to work out some stuff after 3 HS games worth of not hitting the way that he wanted. The session had both a data component and a feel / cue component. As a 17 year old who now has high 60's / low to mid 70's bat speed he has struggled in the last week - specifically against low velocity pitching - to let the ball travel deep enough to get good flush contact. Point being that we had a specific thing to work on. So on the technology side we're using Blast to bat speed, attack angle and VBA, and we're using HitTrax to monitor contact depth in addition to the outcome stuff - exit velocity, launch angle, distance and direction. We also were using two different pitching machines - one offset to the left side, the other offset to the right side. In terms of cues what we ended up with was: - As deep as possible while still being on time - High pitch posture, flat bat path and adjust off if needed But along the way we tried all sorts of stuff - everything from trying to hit a ball to the hot dog cart in oppo foul territory off the left hand off-set machine to trying to find middle of the field ball flight from the right hand offset machine to just going pure let it eat anywhere ball flight off of either machine to score a runner on 2B. In my mind, the best instruction environment for hitting is just a conversation that revolves around: - What were we trying to do vs what did we actually do - What signal can we get about why we did what we did - What adjustments do we need to make to bring our results closer to the intended outcome on the next swing But if the instructor and the player don't even speak the same language...man that conversation is going to be pretty limited in its effectiveness. Because he's 17 we're now able to have these kinds of conversations - with all of these various layers. But the critically important part of the whole thing is that this is an actual two way conversation. Meaning that he's telling me how he feels, we're looking at the data to correlate the feeling to the outcome, we decide on how or if we need to adjust intention for the next swing and we just wash, rinse and repeat that same cycle over and over and over. I wouldn't - and I didn't - coach him this way when he was 12. We used the same tech stack, but the data we paid attention to was a lot more limited. Because that was the level of depth he was able to have a productive conversation about at that time. I'm also exceptionally fortunate that at 17 years old he's still playing and I still get to have these conversations with him.

(Very long post) Thoughts on Marvel Rivals release day Tldr; Rivals is fucking awesome. 1. Six and a half hours of playtime and I had ONE game server fail to load. No game crashes, no server overloads, no queue times, and one single solitary FPS drop. 2. The monetization is the most consumer-friendly system I’ve seen from a game in a very, VERY long time. A $5 battlepass that you can continue to redeem rewards from even after the end of the season? A 1:1 exchange rate of base to premium currency? No character/map paywalls? That’s absolutely WILD to me. 3. I can’t remember the last time I’ve had trouble getting off of my PC because I find myself saying, “just one more game” over and over again. Actually, yes I can - it was the alpha and beta tests. I cannot get enough of this game. 4. Every character has such a fun learning curve, I’ve never been a DPS main in any game. Ever. But I find myself freely swapping between DPS and support because the mechanics are just so damn clean and everything is fluid; I’ve yet to play a character I didn’t love. Movement is incredibly fun, especially in third person. Which brings me to: 5. I have always hated third person games, especially shooters. I don’t know what it is, but something about the way Rivals implemented it works insanely well. Corner peeking adds so much versatility your play style and I’m absolutely loving it. 6. TEAM PLAY AND SYNERGY IS ENCOURAGED!! That right there is EXACTLY what Overwatch has been missing. We lost so much of that when we did away with double tanks and the game went from a team based FPS to a tank v tank boss raid. Rivals has gone the opposite direction by implementing team-ups that will change every season to keep metas fresh. 7. TTK feels GREAT and I actually have a big impact in every team fight. That kind of player agency is something that’s also been missing from Overwatch for a long time. 8. Nerf Iron Fist.

We lost so much of that when we did away with double tanks and the game went from a team based FPS to a tank v tank boss raid. Rivals has gone the opposite direction by implementing team-ups that will change every season to keep metas fresh. 7. TTK feels GREAT and I actually have a big impact in every team fight. That kind of player agency is something that’s also been missing from Overwatch for a long time. 8. Nerf Iron Fist.

“What Everyone is Missing From the Blue Square Campaign Commercial?” When I first watched this commercial I was annoyed. “Oh great, another example of wasted Jewish philanthropy and off-target Jewish activism.” But then I took a breather (shocker for me), and remembered several things: 1) This is Robert Kraft’s money and he can do whatever the hell he wants with it 2) The Foundation to Combat Antisemitism (later named FCAS and now the Blue Square Campaign) has a heart that is in the right place. They helped me pull off an all-day event at Gillette Stadium two years ago to teach Jewish and Israeli-American students how to use social media to combat antisemitism… and everyone loved the event. 3) This is MUCH better than their commercial featuring Louis Farrakhan acolyte Snoop Dogg and Tom Brady talking vaguely about “stopping hate” without ever naming antisemitism or Jewish hate—corporate mush that drew backlash for dodging the point and leaning on celebrity optics over substance. So, I watched the commercial again. And holy shit! I missed something… That Jewish student was ready to throw hands. He was ready for a fight. He wanted the fight. It just wasn’t the right place. Look at that Jewish student! He’s not just ready for the fight; he’s literally walking into it until he gets stopped—striding through the hallway, shoulders squared, chin up, taking the jostles and whispers without flinching or retreating, heading straight toward his locker like he's owning the space despite the bullshit swirling around him. I think we combat Jew Hatred by making Jews strong. By making us undeniable. By instilling in Jews the pride to respond like the badass Jews and Americans that we are. This commercial agrees with that sentiment. This isn’t a weak Jew shying away from a fight. It’s the opposite. And while statistically speaking the student who stops him—and has his back—is from a group that tends to be over represented in engaging in antisemitism, that student (“Bilal”) wasn’t. He was helping. And he didn’t help because the Jewish student asked for it, but because it was the right thing to do. There was no pleading for help from the Jewish student. There was no groveling. And there wasn’t even a sign that the student couldn’t take the hate. Nah. He stood in the pocket, ready for the fight. That’s a message I’m down with. That’s a message I can get behind. American Jews are done with the bullshit and we’re ready for the fight. Allies or not, we’re ready for the fight. Would I rather the Blue Square have a commercial about the Israeli bobsled team and pilot AJ Edelman, OLY wrapping tefillin after a $40k donation from Robert Kraft? Of course!!! But is this message better than last year’s? Does it show an American Jew ready to rock? Yeah. It does. So I get all the critiques, and even agree with them. But don’t sleep on the subliminal message. Sure, unity is great, but if you’re an American Jew—and especially if you’re an American Jewish student—be ready. Be ready to fight. The time is now. Just pick your spots.

This is the pen of Leah, the morning after her first night's sleep here. Every black dot you see is a tick. They are black because they're full of her blood, and growing. (This is one of the reasons why I have only white bedding and floor coverings. If she was in newspaper you'd never see this). Poor little Leah is absolutely smothered in hundreds of ticks, and has fleas, too. Despite the old wives' tale, it's very rare for a hedgehog to have fleas. So rare in fact, that a professor of entomology who studies these sorts of things pays me £20 a go when I send him fleas. Additionally, hedgehog fleas are species-specific, so they can't infest or live on any other animal. A hedgehog has to be seriously ill or incredibly weak to attract ectoparasites such as ticks and fleas. And poor Leah is that weak - she is suffering from starvation, AND she has just given birth. A couple clearing out their shed found poor little Leah huddled with her babies in a pile of blankets, where she'd given birth. They live in army barracks, and their garden is tiny, with no suitable hedgehog habitat. Everywhere is kept 'neat'. Despite this, somehow Leah survived. With a shed substituting for a hedgerow and army blankets instead of leaves and moss, Leah managed to make a maternity nest and have her precious babies. But with no food, she was unable to produce enough milk to feed them, and one by one, the babies died. By the time she was found, out of the 7 babies she had given birth to, only 3 were still alive. I saw the bodies so could tell how many days they had survived. The lovely finders had no idea that things were so desperate for our hedgehogs, and that the dramatic decline in insects, due to the way we are 'tidying' our gardens, meant that they are now suffering starvation. Hedgehogs don't eat slugs and snails, they eat beetles and catapillars. Caterpillars make up almost half a hedgehog's diet, and their emergence is perfectly timed with peak baby season, the time of most need. We're in June, peak butterfly time, but how many have you seen lately? Like most people, the finders were completely unaware of how our bad destructive habits are impacting our precious wildlife, until seeing it with their own eyes. They are now committed to improving not just their garden, but the whole Royal Military Academy at Sandhurst, and went home armed with leaflets and kitten biscuits and determination. Meanwhile poor tick infested Leah and her 3 surviving babies are safe and warm here, and she's getting good nourishment and care. It's so important these tiny 5 day old babies don't fall victim to the ticks, as they would not survive. I can't use drugs or chemicals as Leah is far too weak and her babies far too vulnerable. So it's just a matter of cleaning her out every day - the very last thing to be subjecting a new mum to. Despite all her hardship, and me meddling, she's a wonderful mum and doing her best to nurture her sweet babies. Last night, her first night here, she ate an entire dish of special Mother and Baby food - enough normally for 2 or 3 hedgehogs. The sight of that empty dish absolutely broke me. It's too early for a prognosis on Leah and the babies, but already, because of them, her little part of the world is going to become more hedgehog-friendly.

Duo'd with eliza last night and she locked in leona for the first time after trying Nautilus we hopped in a normal game so she could learn the champ without ranked pressure. she was hesitant at first but I gave her a bit of encouragement to just go in during the level 2 cheese. Once she got a taste of Leona's engage power something switched in this woman. she was now just flying in on cooldown. Ashe walked up? INSTANT E. Ashe under tower? She confidently says "Im going" Level 7 rolls around? "IM GOING, THEIR DEAD" i have never seen a confidence spike that VIOLENT in my life. one ult and suddenly she's engaging on cooldown like she's been playing leona for 3 seasons. i'm watching this happen in real time wondering who this woman is and what she did with my lux main. then she decided to roam mid without telling me without vision without a team got collapsed on by the entire enemy team in the river i SPRINTED from bot lane. tumbled through their jungler. condemned the mid laner into a wall. SHE HAS THE CONFIDENCE TO SCREAM I AM GOING BACK IN. In that moment, I thought to myself. I've never heard her have so much fun playing League of Legends. we both lived. I was kicked out of a class at UCLA for voting for Trump. UCLA is on the quarter system (10 week classes) and Trump was elected around midterms, many of my classes were canceled or made a “safe space to mourn the loss of our country”. I attended lecture in one of my classes which turned into a 3 week crying session / or what they called it “safe space”, no material was being taught… We had discussions that the teacher assistants would run where we broke out into small groups of about 25 - discussions were mandatory to graduate. After 3 weeks of crying during a 10 week class, the TA finally called on me as I sat quiet and said “Avery how are you coping with this?” I answered honestly, revealing that I voted for Trump, and I believe it will be a great thing for our country. Despite being respectful about it, I was told to leave discussion and not return for the remainder of the quarter as I was a “threat to my fellow student’s safety” The same week Trump was elected, there were so many protests that students made a strong-arm wall blocking bruin walk making it so we couldn't get to class. If you tried to pass them they would physically assault you, and campus police watched and did not do anything about it. I recently had a conversation with a previous UCLA professor James Enstrom - fired from ucla for conducting research the school didn't agree with. That research was on climate change. The very last conservative professor at UCLA was fired this past year for his conservative views. My sister also went to UCLA and had a professor she LOVED, Professor Fink in the comms department, he was fired for his conservative views. The reason Charlie Kirk and TPUSA are so popular is because students want a place to be heard - students go to college for the experience and to learn, not to be brainwashed. Which is what these universities have turned into, indoctrination camps. I am thankful to President Trump for finally doing something about this. These schools should NOT be granted any tax money, so long as they are encouraging violence and not creating a space for ideas to be challenged or questioned. These universities aren't about teaching, they're about brainwashing.
