20 miles every day next week 🫡 Last July I completed running 15 miles every day for a week. One of the toughest week but now with a few more months training and a full week off I will attempt to run 20 miles every day for a week. Over 140 miles of pure tarmac. Not raising money, nor doing it for views or clicks but to show myself I can do this and to raise awareness for mental health.
