Many people seem shocked by what’s happening, most recently in the Minneapolis and Greenland conflicts, though also in many other ways over the last year. In my opinion, that’s because they don’t understand what’s going on with the breakdown of the post-World War II monetary, domestic political, and international political orders. This is happening in classic Big Cycle ways that have repeated throughout history and were laid out in detail in my book, Principles for Dealing With the Changing World Order, which I wrote about five years ago. In that book, I described how the Big Cycle unfolds in stages with clear characteristics, and I outlined the cause-and-effect relationships one can follow to identify where we are in the Big Cycle and what is likely to happen next. With that perspective, it is clear to me that we are in Stage 5 (the pre-breakdown of the orders period) and on the brink of Stage 6 (the breaking down of the old orders). At the Munich Security Conference earlier this month, the post-1945 world order was pronounced dead by most leaders. German Chancellor Friedrich Merz said, “The world order as it has stood for decades no longer exists,” and that we are in a period “great power politics.” French President Emmanuel Macron echoed Merz’s assessment and said that Europe’s old security structures tied to the previous world order don't exist and that Europe must prepare for war. U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said that we are in a “new geopolitics era” because the “old world” is gone. The way I see it, we are in the Stage 6 part of the Big Cycle in which there is great disorder arising from being in a period in which there are no rules, might is right, and there is a clash of great powers. How Stage 6 works is explained in detail in Chapter 6, “The Big Cycle of External Order and Disorder,” in my book Principles for Dealing with the Changing World Order. I’m worried that the US government debt problem will get so bad that the US will “go broke” and I believe that there are steps we can take to prevent it. I am in the process of completing a comprehensive study about the mechanics of how countries go broke, where the US government is in its Big Debt Cycle, and what policymakers and investors should do about it. People are taking notice of that and counting and knowing that it has employed so many, it has brought in so much. And that interaction around people here and beyond, with the rest of the world, speaks volumes in terms of value. So it has already brought in a lot. And it's a question of growing that. And we also know that statistics show that even across Africa, in terms of sports, it's running into billions as to what sports can bring to the continent, tens of billions. I think what we do as leaders at different levels is to encourage people to be part of realizing that story and reaping the benefits. And it's happening. So it's no longer something you just listen to and think it is for others and not for you. Now people believe, they start by believing. And when they start by believing and see things happening, then they believe even more and get more involved. And, I mean, the sky is the limit.

👤 I’m curious about how you see the world. your weverse posts show such a beautiful soul. and i want to live like that too. 🐶 In the end, I think the world I see is one where nothing really lasts. As time passes, even my own notes keep changing. When I die, the money I earned becomes meaningless. There might be people who remember my name, but that won’t last forever either. So what I believe is that what truly remains in this world..what stays in the universe, is the energy I give to it. Once that energy is released into the world, it’s just out there, like dust, existing somewhere in the universe forever. Because I think energy matters deeply. Your energy can be destructive, or it can be good. So just be good energy. Give good things to the world. Because that’s the only thing that lasts. And your life is part of that energy. That’s the only thing that is forever.

As time passes, even my own notes keep changing. When I die, the money I earned becomes meaningless. There might be people who remember my name, but that won’t last forever either. So what I believe is that what truly remains in this world..what stays in the universe, is the energy I give to it. Once that energy is released into the world, it’s just out there, like dust, existing somewhere in the universe forever. Because I think energy matters deeply. Your energy can be destructive, or it can be good. So just be good energy. Give good things to the world. Because that’s the only thing that lasts. And your life is part of that energy. That’s the only thing that is forever.
