@GBNEWS @PatrickChristys Thank you Claire, but I don't believe this government want to stop the boats. The first thing they did was scrap Rwanda, declaring it ineffective even though it hadn't even got off the ground. That sent a message to the smugglers that they had nothing to worry about.

@GBNEWS @PatrickChristys I'm sure you know. As well as the rest of us thst no gangs have been busted so there are no data and figures to produce. It's not cynicism that this government is all talk and no action - it's fact.

@GBNEWS @PatrickChristys Anybody who organises the launching and pilots the small boats must be in league with the gangs. They must be identified and arrested by the French or the UK as a matter of course. Even if they are not actual gang members, it may deter useful idiots. 🫡

@GBNEWS @PatrickChristys They bring a new level to incompetence. They can’t arrest gangs that are handed to them on a plate.They can’t confiscate bikes and stop illegals working for Deliveroo even though it’s in their faces.They can’t close down dodgy barber shops or stop rubber dinghies! Useless!
